We had a beautiful view of the canal from our window. All of the staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. It was close the Square and all the action. The only downfall was our room was on the top floor , and they don't have an elevator.

Short walk from the water taxi station and very close to St Marks square . Staff was extremely helpful. Our room was right on one of the side canals so we could hear the gondoliers going by and their singing and music . Lots of stairs to get to our room so we were glad we just brought carryons for our trip. Breakfast was delicious with quite a variety of options and was included in the price.

Omar was fantastic at the front desk. Welcoming and helpful with restaurant recommendations. He even carried my luggage and my daughter’s luggage down the stairs (no elevator). Location was superlative, AC wonderful, beds and linens luxurious. Breakfast was lovely with many selections including cappuccino. Wifi was good. Hotel is right on a small canal.
