A charming Venetian hotel! I enjoyed opening the window and peering down at the frequent gondolas passing by and the pedestrian traffic in the alley below while sipping Prosecco from the room’s mini-fridge - a great way to pass a good time while in Venice!
There’s no elevator. Given that the reception desk is up a flight and that we were then on the fourth floor…. But the hotel’s charm and superb location more than made up for that. I would certainly elect to stay there again!

The location was great and the breakfast was good
The sheer number of steps we had to ascend and defend to get to our room was horrendous. No lift and narrow and dangerous stairway. I guess my my stay was coloured by the fact that I had very bad fall down the steps . Still very battered and bruised
