The location and history of this inn is amazing. We checked in after hours with no issues, spacious clean room in the heart of Venice. Loved the balcony !
Air con was a bit weak but we did stay during the heat wave so it was a bit understandable.

Bathrooms were great. Aircon while outside had a heatwave was much appreciated. Receptionist gave us a map and a quick run down on where to go to get the most of our trip- great advice!
Toilet was broken but functional - not that bad. Very expensive for what you get, but is that Venice?

Big bedroom and large bed fairly comfortable. Very Venetian.
Hard to locate. Not near canal at all. Key was supposed to be in door and it wasn’t! We had to call and wait for half an hour, which is tough after travelling.
