Bathrooms were great. Aircon while outside had a heatwave was much appreciated. Receptionist gave us a map and a quick run down on where to go to get the most of our trip- great advice!
Toilet was broken but functional - not that bad. Very expensive for what you get, but is that Venice?

Great location overall. We had the junior suite and it was large with plenty of space and excellent AC, which was important as it was so hot at the time of our visit.
When we first arrived the back alley entrance felt a bit sketchy, and I got the impression one of the receptionists used her personal WhatsApp to ask for photos of our passports. I was glad we didn't send them because the non-English speaking receptionist, who wasn't around when we got there which was confusing as we didn't know how to get into our room, seemed frustrated when I wasn't ready to hand them over for scanning immediately and I had to give them anyway. It wasn't a great first impression overall. I also felt like the place was a bit creepy.

Big bedroom and large bed fairly comfortable. Very Venetian.
Hard to locate. Not near canal at all. Key was supposed to be in door and it wasn’t! We had to call and wait for half an hour, which is tough after travelling.
