I arrived very late almost 2 am! I had spoken to the hotel in advance and Umberto had communicated everything I needed to get there safely and reassured me that I could contact him anytime if I came into any problems. I was very nervous as this was my first ever solo trip but Umberto made me feel like I had someone in Venice that I could count on if I needed ☺️ I had a single room which was plenty big enough for me and my own little balcony ( I felt like Julia Roberts in eat, pray, love!) needless to say I loved my stay and will be back for longer next time.
