The apartment was in a great location. It was nice to have a continental breakfast available 24 hours per day. The bed was comfortable. The room has a very large bathroom with a nice shower.

Location was extremely convenient, just around a few corners from the piazza. (but see additional comments below)
Michele was just great. He was very responsive and helpful.
I also appreciated the nicely stocked self-serve kitchen.
The interior downstairs was a bit off putting.
while the location was very convenient, the proximity to the piazza meant that you would hear the bell ringing at odd hours of the night as well as shouting and music from the occasional partying crowd.
