Great location and a well-equipped room, including a coffee machine. However, the Zoom reception service and lack of in-person assistance were unsatisfactory and need improvement.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ San Marco completely captured me with its charming, Venice-inspired vibe throughout my stay. The interiors beautifully reflect a classic Venetian era, adding a sense of elegance and character. The location is incredibly convenient—everything is within easy walking distance, and it’s just a short stroll to the water bus docks. A perfect place to soak in the atmosphere and explore with ease!

If you have luggage, it's a challenge as there are 2 canal stair bridges to walk over. But it's on a quiet walkway. They have lights over their doorway so that's helpful in finding the location. There are no windows floor level. It's your typical Italian apartment building so we entered by initiating a speaker phone contact. If no one is present, you are addressed by someone using remote computer access who gives instructions. Hopefully, this information will be helpful because we were intimidated by the process. We wish we had known beforehand. We also didn't know city tax was required in addition to the reservation. This is required everywhere so have enough currency.
