Gorgeous and Comfortable

Everything was great. Gorgeous, big rooms that transport you back in time. Quiet and comfortable. Great location, too. Quiet street but a minute walk to cafes and stores. Small safe to store valuables, a mini fridge, an adorable breakfast table and chairs inside the room and beautiful lighting. The staff was nice as well.

The beds kept sliding, so it was like sleeping in a crevice at the end of the night. Comfortable bed, but just needs to be a proper queen vs two twin beds pulled together

Great location, clean suite, nice bathroom, beautiful bed!

No mosquito nets on the windows. And Venice has lot of them. Plus the room had an odd smell , maybe because of the old style furniture or tapestry? We had the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door and still housekeepers came inside :(

Friendly staff, great location and clean!

Great location - quick walk to Rialto where the bridge is and all the restaurants! And another quick walk to St Marks Square! The St Angelo stop is only a 3 minute walk away from the hotel so you can quickly hop onto an ACTV. Nice few cafe's next to the hotel as well. It's away from all the noisy crowds as well so can get a peaceful nights sleep. The hotel itself is very italian! classical musical played throughout the hotel which gives it a lovely vibe

Pleasant stay in what feels like a 16th century hotel

Hard to rate this hotel. Its like stepping into the 16th century. Ornate decor, steep stairs. no lift, no fire escapes, no restaurant, breakfast, gym or pool, (friendly, helpful) one person reception only a few hours each day. But a pleasant experience in amazing central Venice. Large room (the tiny hotel doesn't number its rooms each room has a name) open-able windows (can escape a fire by the way, so no worries) good air-con, good bathroom. The (empty) bar frig was hardly more than cool. Another frig in the (pleasant) common area outside our room also not actually cold. The scant supplies - e.g. tea bags - not replenished each day. Quiet, spotless. 3 nights in July 2025. Would stay again.

Great Hotel and Location! Would Definitely Stay Again

This hotel was great! The receptionist was very kind and sweet. We arrived to the room to see that the room was already cooled! No other hotel in Italy did this for us. The room was cute and they even provided a bottle of Prosecco for the anniversary we were celebrating. The bathroom was nice and big, and everything else was comfortable.

We are very happy with our stay. I rate everything 10. In particular, the lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. My partner had a birthday and a nice treat and Prosseco were waiting for us. The room was very clean. The location is the best. I recommend!

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff

We had the most amazing stay here, the room itself was beautifully furnished and cleaned every day of our stay. The WiFi was brilliant and the shower was lovely!! Linda on reception was excellent and sent us everything and more that we needed ahead of our stay and was brilliant the whole time we were there. The hotel is a short walk from rialto but just far enough away that the restaurants near by were very reasonably priced.

Beautiful hotel!

Staff were brilliant - so helpful, messaged information before our visit to help us find the property and arrange transport if required from the airport. The decoration was beautiful, spotlessly clean,lovely powerful shower and lovely comfortable King size bed. The location is excellent being so close to the main sights including Rialto bridge and St Mark’s square. Boat/taxi stop is 2 minute walk away too so easy to get around and access transport and taxis to/from the airport. It was so quiet that we didn’t even know there were others staying there!! Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to our friends and family.

Nice sized room and very warm in winter. Decor was very Venetian as well. Friendly staff made us feel welcomed and even offered luggage storage free of charge. Very happy overall!

Depending on what room you’re staying in there are quite a few flights of stairs; just be careful how much luggage you bring.

Excellent location, short walk (literally 1-2 mins) from the Sant'Angelo water bus station. Quality boutique hotel with lavish Venetian furnishings and the gentlemen at front desk are wonderful. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk after check-out (note: this is a manned reception area, although not locked up). The air conditioning worked well and there was a tiny safe available for use. It would fit passports, but not electronic devices like an iPad. We had a view overlooking the street in front of the hotel, which was quaint, but you could hear people talking as they went by.

We asked for an extra bed, which was a fold-up cot. The supports were rather uncomfortable, so we put the mattress directly on the floor, which was better. Perhaps you could invest in a better fold-up cot. This would not stop us from staying again, as we really enjoyed the location and service.

Nice hotel in the center of Venice, the perfect location to investigate the city center

Very well located boutique hotel , just in 5 min walking distance from the Rialto bridge and in 2 walking distance from Vaparetto stop. Perfect location to investigate Venice. Close there you can find a lot of local restaurants and bars. Good sound isolation in the hotel, we never heard people walking close to our room. Friendly staff, always keen on helping you. Nice interior design, typical Venetian style. Good sized room with the calm street views. Nice size of bedroom and bathroom. The modern shower with a good water exit. You could even find the anti-mosquitos liquid prepared for staying in the hotel.

Hair dryer could be better, it is almost impossible to well dry your hair if needed
