Clean modern luxury in the heart of old world Venice charm!

Well located property beautifully and tastefully furnished with high ceilings and a lovely bathroom with tub and shower. Staff was responsive and helpful. Single mom traveling with teen daughter and felt very safe walking to and from hotel and restaurants after dark.

Transfers to and from hotel are quite expensive but that seems more like a Venice issue than a hotel issue but something one should consider when budgeting.

Lovely location, super staff, canal view worth it.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and very convenient for drop off by water taxi. Our Grand Canal view was worth paying for, although windows open weirdly so not as great as it might be. Super convenient for walking around Venice and we saw most of the sights in our short stay.

The pillows care a bit uncomfortable. This isn't a hotel issue, but realised during a sleepless night that not having the sound of traffic can be quite disconcerting!

Loved the location, it was centrally located. Staff was accommodating.

Standard room isn't what's expected on the photo. Would recommend booking the room with at least partial view of the canal. Otherwise youll be facing a wall.

Everything was great. We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious very clean and in quite spot very close to the center. The staff was very helpful either everything we needed and very kind. We will come back again for sure

Beautiful location, very close to all the attractions in San Marco! The room was comfortable and very clean. A tranquil stay in Venice

The hotel is located in a nice quite street but not to far from shops and restaurants and only a 11-12 minute walk away from San Marco square. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast had a good selection from sweet pastries to savoury bites. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ok, but staff on evening shift need to get their act together

Location

No one on reception when we checked in at midnight and had to wait 20 minutes, this involved us calling the hotel, which no one answered. Then found a door for staff that we opened, then someone appeared who had clearly been asleep! He also advised us breakfast would be €15, when we went to breakfast we were met with a €22 bill each. We queried this with reception and their response was you have been given the wrong information!

A lovely gem!

This is an amazing property tucked away in a side just steps away from the main busy areas. Located on Grand canal, tucked away on from the busyness of the walking tourist, shops and Restraunts , yet just 2 minutes walk! Rooms were superbly clean, modern, and definitely a 4 star!! Plenty of space for luggage considering how reviews I read on other hotels said rooms sizes would be small in Venice. Staff was very helpful and welcoming! Our hotel even had our staff member meet us at the water taxi as we arrived!

A lovely quaint upscale hotel tucked away in a quiet corner, spacious and modern!

The hotel was so nice, modern, upscale and spacious! Very relieved and happy to see it was exactly what was shown on the website. Perfectly nestled just steps away from the main area of shopping and resteraunts, making it quiet and yet right at the Grand Canal. The rooms were so extremely clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and plenty of natural light even though we did not have a canal view. Staff was amazing and very sweet!

The best experience and most friendly staff

The hotel is amazing- great location, friendly staff, super clean, awesome amenities. The hotel staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. It was my first time traveling alone with my kids and I was very nervous. But since day 1 I booked the hotel and asked any questions. The hotel staff was so quick to reply and help. They set up my transfer from the airport and helped me get back to the train station. Amazing! Best place to stay. Very close to the center and near public and private taco dock.

An elegant hotel in a good location

The location was very good, a short walk to most places, including the ferry to/from the airport. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We did not try the breakfast, but the option to have a hot breakfast was available, and that was a nice touch. The air conditioning was top-notch, a great relief during the heat-wave.

The bed was not comfortable for the cost of the hotel, and the 2 pillows provided were completely flat.

The room was perfect, the staff exceptional, room had a balcony and view of the grand canal in a bespoke setting, quiet, easy to locate and walking / water taxi access with a beautiful trip to a glass factory in Murano included.

Cosy, modern hotel in great location with exceptional staff!

Wonderful location in a quieter part of San Marco. Exceptional service from staff and also great breakfast provided. Great communication and assistance from Alessandro and team with arranging our water taxi transfer especially considering our delays and changes arriving into Venice.

There were some bad smells in some parts of hotel but understandable this occurs in Venice sometimes.

Great location in a quiet but stil central part of Venice. View of the Canal from the balcony was great! A/C was strong, and the room was very clean. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, assortment of pastries and bread, yogurt, etc. Coffee not great.

Bathroom needs fresh paint. Shower was nice & big, but the rest of the bathroom was very small and hard to maneuver in (and we’re not large people).

Lovely choice!

Loved the staff. They were able to connect us with the taxis and ways to get around easier. The ambiance was lovely, with a modern Italian feel. The rooms had big windows that opened and let in a nice breeze. The air conditioning also worked very well. The breakfast was also delicious!

The pictures shown on booking.com seem to indicate bigger rooms. It was quaint….no space to open large luggage bags.

Gorgeous hotel in an excellent location highly recommend!

This hotel is in a perfect location that is very close to the centre but just tucked away nicely to be lovely and quiet. Everything is immaculately clean our room was bright and airy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay I would highly recommend.

A very small suggestion would be to have a second mirror outside of the bathroom area so that more than one person can be getting ready at once.

Mum's 80th in Venice

Group of 7 celebrating our mother's 80th Birthday. Best choice we could have made. All the Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Receptionist could be nicer. Lovely conversion of an old Palazzo, great location to the main sites and while close to everything, just off.the main track to have total quite. Will book this hotel again next visit Thanks to all for a great time.

Great clean hotel, about 30 minute walk at leisurely pace from the train station

Very clean and air conditioned. Someone was always sitting at the front desk. Breakfast was offered but it was optional as it costs 19€ per person

Thought we purchased a room with a prettier view but it was just a similar style to the room pictured.
