Breakfast was magnificent!
Bar advertised as open 3-10 daily but both times we tried to get a drink there, it was closed or not staffed

Good location once we found it , close to the boat stop. Rooms and bar are beautiful although a standard room was fairly small . Really lovely staff who were helpful and welcoming . Good variety at breakfast
We arrived at the bar 15 minutes before it was due to close , no service which was disappointing . Small bathroom

Stayed in apartment not hotel. The apartment was just okay… not comfortable sofas.
Housekeeping needs to be improved! Had a robe that was tattered and frayed. Lacked a wine opener. Rules on charges for dirty dishes left in sink … but they provided no room cleaning. TV was left on Chinese language. Should have been checked before new guests arrived.
