Everything exceeded my expectations. Rodolfo met us and helped us settle in. The accommodations, staff, and breakfast were excellent. The location was better than I expected. Most major sites were within easy walking distance.

Difficult to find by directions but very close to transport and restaurants once you find it the first time. Staff was incredibly helpful. Great location

This B&B is a great find and very close to the San Samuele vaporetto stop. Rodolfo met us at the B&B, he was helpful and very knowledgeable giving tips on things to see and places to eat. He supplied a map and marked areas of interest. As we were early our room was not quite ready but we were shown to a small bathroom downstairs to allow us to freshen up and change into something cooler, we were able to leave our luggage which was taken to our room when ready. The room was lovely with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Lilia who helped with the breakfast was a delight. Breakfast is not a full English but if like us you prefer the more continental breakfast you will not be disappointed, food was plentiful and consisted of cereal, cold meats, cheese, rolls croissants, small cakes, orange juice and other pastries/biscuits. We will definitely return.
