Great little find in Venice

This B&B is a great find and very close to the San Samuele vaporetto stop. Rodolfo met us at the B&B, he was helpful and very knowledgeable giving tips on things to see and places to eat. He supplied a map and marked areas of interest. As we were early our room was not quite ready but we were shown to a small bathroom downstairs to allow us to freshen up and change into something cooler, we were able to leave our luggage which was taken to our room when ready. The room was lovely with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable. Lilia who helped with the breakfast was a delight. Breakfast is not a full English but if like us you prefer the more continental breakfast you will not be disappointed, food was plentiful and consisted of cereal, cold meats, cheese, rolls croissants, small cakes, orange juice and other pastries/biscuits. We will definitely return.

A really wonderful place to stay in beautiful Venice!

The room was spacious in comparison to many rooms in Venice. It was also very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff were also great, very helpful and welcoming!

Unfortunately there was a bit of construction noise going on at a property close by the B&B but this was happening during working hours so should not affect too many people wanting to be out and about sightseeing….

Wonderful stay in Venice

Close to major attractions yet in lovely quiet residential location. Excellent service and outstanding staff. Wonderful breakfast. Great recommendations of places to eat frequented by locals. Excellent communication prior to arrival. Accommodated all our requests. Would not hesitate to recommend and stay again.

We didn’t realize that the first floor is not the ground floor. Hence even the first floor involved going up a flight of stairs. However our luggage was carried up for a s hence it was a very minor inconvenience.

A wonderful stay in such a unique city!

A perfect stay. Location makes it easy to enjoy the city on foot or by Vaporetto. The friendliness and attention of the entire staff is extraordinary. Spacious room, very good breakfast.

You just need to be careful not to leave the windows open at night, because of the mosquitoes. But with air conditioning, this isn't really a problem.

Staff were great and helpful. Great location. Dirty under the bed and on top of wardrobe. Rodolfo was very helpful and let us leave our bags after we checked out as late flight. Very comfortable bed.

Best value for money in Venice!

Everything was perfect! Room, location is super comfortable, only 2 min walk from vaporetti station, so you don’t need to drag your bags for too long and it’s 10 min to the very city center. Modern, clean, no smell , great Ukrainian workers who were very helpful and nice ❤️

Lovely B&B breakfast in Venice.

Rodolpho was an excellent host. Our rooms were very spacious (large bedroom, sitting room, and full bathroom) and clean. He was very friendly and provided us with recommendations for restaurants and was very informative which helped to make our stay in Venice an enjoyable one. The morning breakfast was delicious, including fresh baked croissants and breads, meats, cheeses, jams, yogurts and other items. They prepared your hot beverage choice to order. We are very happy we chose this lovely property for our first trip to Venice. It is in an awesome location.

I expected to find an iron in the room but you just have to ask for it and they’ll leave it in your room. But other than that we have no complaints.

Absolutely wonderful! Rodolfo and the team were such a pleasure to deal with and definitely helped our whole experience! He even gave us a map to show the best locations and one of his favourite bars! Great location and the room was pure perfection, not to mention the breakfast was beautiful as well! Could not recommend staying here more and hopefully we’ll be back next year for our honeymoon!

Fantastic two night stay! 😊

Fantastic location within a 10-minute walk of all main attractions. Lovely continental breakfast to get you started in the morning. Rodolfo was very accommodating and mapped out recommendations. Nice clean room with mini bar.

Mattress is a little hard for our liking, and due to the windows it can be noisy early on but that's not the accommodations fault.

Exceptional

The property was immaculate and the hosts were absolutely fantastic and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Venice. This was our first trip to a country where we don't speak the local language but the hosts were really helpful and provided my partner with a gluten free breakfast every day which was very much appreciated. A particularly nice touch was when they came in for room service after our first night and clearly spotted we had bought a bottle of wine to drink in our room, so they left us with a couple wine glasses for when we returned later in the day. Whilst this might seem relatively minor, it just showed how conscientious the hosts were in trying to accommodate all needs. From our searching, I don't think you would find better accommodation for the price in Venice, and the location is ideal for walking to the more tourist-y parts of Venice and getting to-and-from the transport hub at Piazzale Roma.

The only very minor issue was the noise from the street outside in the mornings (we are late sleepers), but I am sure this would be the case at any property in Venice where there are so many people pretty much everywhere.

perfect Easter break

property was is in a great location, me and my husband was able to walk to st marks in just 15mins and the bridge. the hosts were also amazing and very welcoming, giving some great tips on where to visit! thank you to Rodolfo & the lady who helped with breakfast, you both made our stay extra comfortable! would 100% recommend to anyone travelling to Venice

Enjoyable experience in a very cosy and friendly environment, right in the middle of Venice.

Things are kept simple but the place is welcoming, reasonably picturesque, clean and functional. Location is really a plus: the place is placed a few minutes away from both San Marco square and the Dorsoduro district. Excellent breakfast: food is top quality and it is served in a very nice and cosy atmosphere. Mr Rodolfo takes care of you with kind and friendly attitude.

Perfect starting point for exploring Venice

Perfectly located, very good breakfast and very friendly staff.

In the mornings, it could get quite loud when people (especially children) walked down the nearby alley and talked. This was not a problem for us as we wanted to get up anyway, but could be annoying for people who want to sleep longer.
