Good Hotel on the main island. You can stay anywhere on the main island, you can reach everything on foot. Everything worked. Staff was responsive when something didn't. Staff was generally very helpful
Breakfast could be a bit more varied in the healthy food section.

The location was great the room was clean and comfortable
The staff was horrible. I asked the front desk if they could give me directions to the Accademia and he just shrugged his shoulders and was like if you want to go to the accademia go to the academia. And I said yes… I am asking you for directions. Called the front desk again in the morning gentleman picked up. I said I had a question and he said sorry no English and hung up on me.
