The hotel is in a really great location!. Most of Venice’s main attractions are within good walking distance and the hotel is quite central. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, the shower was also really good!. The staff are very friendly, even the housekeeper we had was very lovely!. The hotel has a few doors on the same side of the street and so you just need to look for the one that says reception but once the hotel will explain where your door is. Overall I can’t fault this place at all, I definitely recommend it!, and would 100% stay here again

The location was great the room was clean and comfortable
The staff was horrible. I asked the front desk if they could give me directions to the Accademia and he just shrugged his shoulders and was like if you want to go to the accademia go to the academia. And I said yes… I am asking you for directions. Called the front desk again in the morning gentleman picked up. I said I had a question and he said sorry no English and hung up on me.
