De ligging onmiddellijk aan het Canal Grande
Het ontbijt was pover, beperkte keuze. Een bar die we niet open hebben gezien. Quasi geen waterdruk, waardoor douche en wc de facto niet bruikbaar waren. Herstelling was niet mogelijk

Magnifique établissement, avec vue magique sur le grand Canal, notamment depuis la salle du petit déjeuner et certaines chambres.
Personnel charmant, décoration soignée, chambres confortables et emplacement idéal, pour cet hôtel qui reste assez intimiste.
Une adresse à retenir pour passer un sejour en immersion à Venise dans les meilleures conditions! (La gérante peut accueillir en français ;-)
La VMC ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre et un ménage un peu plus soigneux rendrait "l'expérience" parfaite !
Dommage de ne pas exploiter (davantage) le bar de l'hôtel dans ce cadre pourtant somptueux..!
(Attention la "rue" d'accès a l'hôtel est minuscule et sans indication, il faut juste veiller à ne pas passer à côté la première fois quand on arrive à pieds ;-)

Lovely boutique hotel on the Grand Canal. Really helpful staff, a fantastic room (room 1), and a great neighbourhood—quieter than the area around Piazza San Marco, but charming and quite intimate.
