The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and large, soft towels, cosmetics and accessories in the bathroom, perfect, quantity and quality. perfect location, breakfast tasty and nicely served. The rooms are well-equipped and decorated, with beautiful curtains, drapes and a chandelier. I sincerely recommend the place.
I missed drinking water in the room. There was a small fridge with drinks, but it would be nice to have free water for guests.

The location is fantastic , it was a short walk to the Rialto bridge and was still central enough to explore everything incredibly easily without being bang in the middle of the hustle , the neighbourhood was clean with a couple of shops and restaurants on the doorstep.
The staff were friendly and instructions to find the place were clear with good communication from the property.
Be realistic about expectations , when we went we chose this place because it was a lot more budget friendly than our other options so we were fine with what we had. Some of the bits in the bathroom and room are tired , for example the sealant on the bath had a bit of mould and the door the the mini bar wasn’t attached to the wooden panelling as it should have been. The mini bar is cheap and basic , there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room but we expected this .
