Ca' Turelli Dimora Storica

The view from our room was excellent (straight to a smaller canal) and the place is tranquil at night. Both the bathroom and the bedroom were very spacious, modern and comfortable, the lighting and the wardrobe were great! The bed is comfortable and the location was perfect for us! The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was easy to communicate. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

Two single bedsheets instead of one double would have been more practical to us, but there was really no problem. Isolation around the room's door would be needed, since light comes in from the corridor. So is noise, if there is any.

The property was in a quiet neighborhood but close to two water taxis. The place is absolutely gorgeous inside, soaring ceilings, mosaic floors, modern bathroom, nespresso machine, beautiful rug, a fan next to the bed, a an AC that really worked in the heat of August, a large closet and drawers for you to unpack and feel like you can stay a while. There is also a mini fridge that actually keeps things cold. It was a lovely touch that there was cold water waiting for us inside. We loved the uniqueness of the beautiful bookcase and had fun trying to read some of the books in Italian. Matteo, the owner, greeted us when we arrived.

We booked because it was a Bed and Breakfast but on arrival we were told they had stopped serving breakfast this year! It is still advertised as serving breakfast. There were no water glasses in the room and no tea/coffee facility.
