Very nice room in a quiet area of Venise and close to every interesting spots.The landlord was really responsive and nice. The check-in and check-out were smooth. Everything was clean, I greatly recommend it.

Once we found it, this was a wonderful place to stay. Lovely room, super comfy bed, very nice bathroom. Kind staff offering us coffee in the beautiful garden and greeting us with cold drinks.
It was hard to find this lovely place. All the info and directions sent us to a different number on the canal/street. Even a passing local policeman directed us to another street.

Location good. Friendly staff
We booked because it was a Bed and Breakfast but on arrival we were told they had stopped serving breakfast this year! It is still advertised as serving breakfast. There were no water glasses in the room and no tea/coffee facility.
