Location is perfect for exploring Venice on foot, the owner shared great local recommendations and tips. Appreciated the complementary water bottles, it's a cool idea to help reduce bottled water consumption. Not much sound proofing in the apartment, but I didn't hear people making noises and the bed was very comfortable
About 20-30 minutes walk from the train station, if you have heavy luggage be prepared to lug them up and down a few stairs/bridges

Location. Bed. Bathroom. Coffee. Silent area (dependent on the other guests). Room with venetian history. Host ready to help and advice.
Just a note: not convenient for families with a small kids, due to the presence of valuable historical furnitures...

Sehr nette und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben hat.
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, liebevoll und stilvoll antik eingerichtet und das Bett war wirklich bequem.
Auch die Lage ist top und perfekt, um alles gut zu erreichen.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
