We had a great time here.

The hotel was nice and the staff was also very nice and kind. The room was nice and clean. We got towels and the bed made for us as well. The breakfast was good, and they made sure if something was gone they refilled it quickly. I would go back to this place as it is nice, the price was fine and the service was good and the placement of the hotel is good as well.

Very good option for a visit to Venoce

Location is perfect since you are a walking distance from Water Taxi and Gondola. Additionally the facilities are comfortable and so clean and cute. Great option to stay in Venice close to everything.

It is in a great location and is very pretty

The staff weren’t particularly friendly and our sink stopper got stuck. The solution was to pull it out instead of fix it. Also, there was a huge price drop after booking which was disappointing

Don’t waste your money and time at this hotel!

The staff in charge of breakfast (I guess the owners of the hotel!) were extremely rude. I only went once and decided not to return. They were grumpy and didn’t allow guests to choose freely what they wanted to eat. I felt like a prisoner. This left a very negative impression and affected my whole stay.

Great location, great room; just buy your own breakfast in advance.

The location is perfect. The room was great, bathroom too. The garden where you can have breakfast is lovely and the lobby too. I would recommend. Coffee machine makes good coffee (breakfast).

There's no fridge/minibar in the room. Unfortunately the breakfast the worst I ever had: buns were so stale they were inedible - we opened and left them. That was the only bread option available. That's really unnecessary in Italy where all bakery products are so good. One-two bad salami, canned fruit, I think I saw some gouda. I wanted to buy som breakfast at the Crai market in front, but it only opens at 10; had to leave earlier than that so we checked out of the hotel and started the trip hungry. Had I known I could have bought some food the night before - but there was no minibar/fridge to store it anyway. That's a shame because a better breakfast is really easy to introduce - no infrastructure or works needed, just better food.

It was quiet and clean but I expected the room to be more comfortable and bigger.

Great location & good basic hotel for a couple of nights.

Excellent location. Staff were very nice. Breakfast had a good choice of continental options & often a staff member was available to work the coffee/tea machines which was a real help. Clean pleasant room.

The hot food at breakfast sadly wasn’t hot & not particularly pleasant. Due to the waiting staff retrieving it from the kitchen way before it was needed, then it was left under the counter in the bar area until it was time to refill, therefore it was now cold & hard. Also, the Bar was opposite reception which you’d think would be great, as the staff would always see you waiting. Sadly not. The Bar was completely ignored! We waited patiently several times for a drink, but the staff members continued to type on their computer, & we were told to wait a moment, after 15/20 minutes we gave up, & went down the road for a drink. This happened several times. The only time I actually managed to get anything from the bar was two bottles of water on our 1st night when we got back to the hotel at the end of the day. All very Bizarre.

A fantastic location with great staff, we would definitely stay again.

Great location just a short walk after getting off the ferry from the airport at Zattere. 1 minute walk to Accademia Bridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful, helped with directions and got us extra pillows. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and the staff were very attentive.

The room was very warm even in April. The air con was set to minimum but still didn’t cool the room. Resorted to opening the doors onto the balcony but there were people playing cards outside until the early hours so quite noisy.

Tiny room, unfriendly staff.

The room was very tiny. Only one pillow on the bed. The walls had stains on them. It was so hot in the room it was suffocating with no air conditioning. I had to have the windows fully open in the night to allow air flow in the room which then brought in mosquitos.

A centrally located hotel

Location was central for the purpose of our visit which was ideal for the events we attended. The staff were friendly, the breakfast selection was good. Excellent cappuccino.

At least a bottle of water in the bedrooms would have been appreciated. The breakfast room was so full and noisy we chose the latest time to have a peaceful experience.

Lovely garden and entrance, nice place to relax.

Staff at the desk were not friendly. Both people we encountered seemed bothered and provided little information such as the wifi password, breakfast times, etc. We left an electronic game in the room. It was not turned into lost and found by housekeeping. We called several times to inquire.

Great hotel at a great price! The room was very beautiful and it was cleaned every day. Great location too, as it was very close to the waterbus station.

The staff isn't very good with English, especially the ladies from the restaurant room. Also, the eggs and vegetables from the breakfast were not that great. On the other hand, the desserts are the best!

Comfortable hotel in the heart of Venice.

This hotel is very close to the Accademia Bridge and everything is in very close walking distance. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Check-in and check-out was easy. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was included and it was excellent with lots of choice. It has lots of outside space available where you can sit which is unusual for Venice. There are several nice restaurants around this hotel and it is nice and quiet in the evening. I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay in Venice. I would stay here again.

Maybe upgrade the television so that you could receive English channels for the news etc.
