The location is superb. Even if you don't want to go into the centre of Venice, there is a lovely Osteria below the hotel and a choice of good bars, with good atmosphere

The main problem it doesn't say anyway that they do not have an elevator. We had a big suitcase which I had to care up to the 3rd floor. Terrible. The breakfast room is so small. So in general from 10 I give 4-5
$$$$
