Die Lage zum Bootsanleger und zu den Restaurants war sehr gut. Die Zimmereinrichtung war modern und zweckmäßig mit Kaffeekocher.
Die Zimmergröße war etwas klein.

Die Lage ist optimal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Venedig
Für das große Hotel war zu wenig Personal verfügbar. Der Barkeeper musste z.B. die Drinks an der Bar herstellen, draußen im Straßencafe bedienen, die zur Bar gehörende Küche säubern etc. Daher wurden die Gäste draußen kaum bedient und verließen daraufhin das Straßencafe vorzeitig . Das Personal beim Frühstück war unorganisiert, es wurde kaum abgeräumt bzw. nachlässig eingedeckt. Insgesamt fehlt wohl ein qualifizierter Manager. Verbesserungsfähig.

Die Lage war perfekt das Zimmer ansprechend.
Leider ist mehrmals der Strom ausgefallen.
Im ersten Zimmer fiel mir die schwere Kastentüre entgegen aber ich erhielt gleich ein neues Zimmer.
Das Frühstück war ganz gut aber Italienischer Standard
Wir konnten über Booking.com nur Zimmer mit Halbpension buchen. Das Abendessen war überhaupt nicht gut, sodass wir die restlichen Tage uns ein anderes Lokal gesucht haben, trotz Zahlung der Halbpension.
