After arriving on the boat from the airport, it is simply crossing the road to the hotel. The room and the bathroom was large, the wardrobe was massive, and the view over the water to Venice was incredible. Hotel is furnished with classical furniture and decor. The lounge areas are a delight and comfortable. The restaurant can be accessed from inside the hotel if desired, and there is an incredible ice cream parlor all made with fresh ingredients. Extremely well situated for many restaurants, walks , buses, and boats.

Perfect location just across the road from the vaporetto pier with a good selection of shops and restaurants within a short walk.
Lovely, spacious room of traditional appearance but with modern facilities. Very comfortable bed, well-equipped bathroom. Excellent heating/air conditioning.
The hotel has a lift/elevator.
At the time of our stay, the hotel bistrot was closed except for breakfast. It opened fully on 1 April but that was after we left. Do check before booking!

The location is a little challenging, we should take the boat to reach the island from Venice.

Fantastic location , beautiful old building , huge rooms , good internet , gorgeous staff
Needs money spending on it like walking into the 70s again , , old drapes and was very old in furniture and style
