Rooms have a nice modern decor. Lovely big shower. Great air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Excellent location just across the road from the ferry terminal. Friendly staff. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Proximity to vaporetto station, enjoyed being on Lido for a change. Easy hop across to main city. Smallish room with no view but that was okay as we were out and about the whole time. Very clean and comfortable - and importantly in 35 degree heatwave, the AC kept the room temp at a perfect level of coolness. This, alongside excellent blackout blinds, ensured we slept well.
Lovely continental breakfast - fresh bread and cakes were delicious. Appreciated also very fairly priced ice cold bottled sparkling water from vending machine in foyer!
No complaints. If staying longer than a couple of nights might have booked a room with a better outlook.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The position of the hotel is fantastic! It is just across the road from where you catch the waterbus, and also local buses, and has a great view of Venice. It is only a short trip across the water to Venice, with all its hustle and bustle, museums etc, and yet a peaceful retreat. It is easy to get to any place, including Murano and Burano, and even the airport by water transport.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and we even found a laundromat to catch up on our washing.The beaches are within walking distance, and we had a lovely cool dip after a hot day exploring Venice. Venice Lido is a lovely, leafy area and well worth exploring.
The room was spacious, very comfortable and quiet. Free onsite parking was most appreciated.
If we return to visit Venice we would choose to stay at this hotel.
The only thing we could find fault with was the breakfast. It had all the basics, but could be improved with a few more options, such as muesli, some hot dishes, and maybe some tomato, cucumber etc. The buffet items were the same every day.

The modernisation of the rooms since I last stayed 18 months ago was exceptional.
I didn’t like the fact that there is no fridge or minibar in the room. I also thought that the coffee machine in the breakfast room. Very bad coffee.
