It was very close to everywhere a yet it was very quiet place.

there was nothing I didn’t like.

The location (Dorsoduro) is perfect for a short stay: far from the crowds at San Marco, easy access to/from the airport (boat to Ca Rezzonico), and to all other districts. Plenty of places to eat, drink, or have tiramisu, prices are not too high, and the quality of the food is what you'd expect from Italy. The staff is very helpful and cleans the rooms every day. The rooms are equipped with a coffee maker and a small fridge (coffee and assorted snacks are also replenished daily), plus a TV set and Wi-Fi access.

Not much, everything was perfect. Maybe the TV could include some international channels, but no one comes to Venice to watch TV :-)

Lovely location just 3 mins walk from the Vaporetto stop. Very clean. Noel was great

The location was great, the bed was comfortable.

The wc/ bathroom had mold and they should clean it better since it’s dangerous for health. Specially in the shower, specifically in the place of the shower holder, they should clean in a deeper way. Also the tv wasn’t working, the coffee machine wasn’t also working (but I let the property owners know and they quickly took care of it in the next day what was great). The communication was a little on/off but they replied every time. Could be great also a design update to the decoration. Room was way smaller than in the pictures, but ok for in a general way.
