It was one of the best hotels. People are very kind, always helped us and clean the rooms very well. They also are organized and think on us.
One of the days when I arrived to the hotel, the people that cleans to room organize better our things in the bathroom, it was really interesting.
The location is nice as well, you have some restaurants and supermarket near. And you can go until the San Marco place by foot for 20 min more or less.

I've stayed here before - lovely small hotel in an elegant old building on the Dorsoduro, close to Ca Rezzonico vaporetto stop, and handy for work at Ca Foscari university. I love the upstairs sitting room with Gothic windows overlooking the canal. Friendly staff. Nice to have a coffee maker as well as a kettle in the room.
Breakfast is available, but was not included in the rate I chose, which is otherwise good value for Venice, so I brought my own.

Location. Everything is a 15 to 20 walk. Learn to ride the water buses and it’s even shorter.
Bathroom was very small. Tub/shower combo was very difficult for my short wife, 5’2”, to get in and out of.
