I liked the bed and room temperature. There was no noise from the air con unit which bothered me during the night.
The location and boat was regular and reliable.
The staff were lovely, all of them.
The restaurant isn’t a 5 star! A Caesar Salad being €38 euro consisted of some leaves, dry chicken and sauce. Pretty shocking to be honest.
The food isn’t good enough from the room service menu or restaurant menu. BUT the breakfast was top quality.

Nice ambient, big hotel, clean and good looking rooms, the whole hotel is good looking inside and outside, kind stuff and alot of stuff allways available to serve you, the rooftop bar is ok, the restaurant is also also pretty nice.
The noise. Thin walls, doors that lead to the next room. You can hear your neighbours talking and moving and flushing the toilet even at 12AM. The windows are the main problem if you take a room with view, becouse of all the boat that are driving past and they make alot of noise even between 12AM and 7AM.
