Awesome stay love Venice!
Love loved the breakfast buffet! So much to eat!
I gained 10ln just looking at the variety of food.
Very impressed. The service was also great!!!
It was to far from the grand canal, where we loved to go back to again and again. But they did have free water transportation boats back to the main attractions.
Then we just walked to the grand canal 10 minute walk.
It’s a beautiful walk, walked through all the and tourist shops and juice and cafes shops.
P. S we stayed on the grand canal for 2 days prior to Hilton

A refined and memorable stay, with excellent comfort and service in a unique Venetian setting.
The room was excellent, very comfortable, with a beautiful layout and an exceptional bathroom.
Breakfast was outstanding, truly one of the highlights of the stay.
The only downside for me was the location logistics: having to rely on the hotel boat at specific times to cross to Venice reduces the sense of independence, unless you choose a water taxi, which comes at an additional cost and makes spontaneous visits to the historic center more difficult.
The only downside for me was the location logistics.

Great locations but understanding transport is key to unlocking your stay.
Really great room and the buffet breakfast was better than expected.
Logistics of getting too and from the hotel on the hotel shuttle or other forms of transport can be a bit annoying
but thats really not that big of a deal if you plan ahead.

Lacking attention to details, no communication between departments, poor cleanliness
Good, quiet location. Great view from a window
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was poor: a thick layer of dust on the floor around the window and curtains, dust under the small table, and a dirty shower-screen holder that was corroded and covered in limescale. Additionally, the toilet brush was in an unacceptable state, with visible hair. This level of cleanliness is certainly not in line with the price paid (over €400 per night).
I also requested strawberries and prosecco for our arrival via a link sent by the hotel’s reservation team. However, these were not provided. When I enquired at reception, I was told there was no record of this request, despite having received an email confirming that my reservation cost had increased by the amount of the requested upgrade. Clearly there is a miscommunication between departments. I was informed this would be investigated, but I have not heard anything further.
Unfortunately, there was no apology and no attempt to rectify the error or provide an amicable solution.
What could have – and should have – been a pleasant stay was instead overshadowed by a lack of attention to detail. Very disappointing.

Exceeded expectations
Room was spacious and the breakfast spread was really good!
The fact that we would have to pay €15 per person per stay for a shuttle service to San Marco!
3.0 / 10.0
Below average stay for the price. Won’t stay again. Bad upkeep.
The beds and pillows were comfortable. Beautiful exterior and attractive interior but not perfectly taken care of.
Dirty. Mold in the silicone creases of the bathroom sink. Bathtub had cracks and stains. Soap holder fell off the wall from rust. Bed bugs that but my legs and my mother’s legs who stayed in another room. Our room was facing the alley that constantly had very loud metal trolleys go by constantly woke us up in the night. The A/C doesn’t get cooler than their minimum set-temperature which is still quite warm. Strange that as a 5 star hotel literally EVERYTHING little thing is an added extra. €8 room service “delivery fee” as if they’re delivering from somewhere else other than 2 floors down. €15 shuttle fee to and from the main island should absolutely be included in the room fee since the hotel is literally located far from the main island. Not even the drinking water is included and charged as an extra. I booked a massage at the spa, this was good but to use the sauna was an ADDITIONAL €40 for 2 hours. Another extra that should’ve been included in the hotel stay let alone an extra charge after ALREADY booking a massage. At this point it was a running joke amongst our group. I went to the gym twice during my stay (also not very well equipped but sufficient for a vacation workout), 3 days apart and during that time there was a towel laying on the floor in the stairwell that had not been removed or cleaned in 3 days. I would not recommend staying here as it’s highly inconvenient to see Venice from and the quality is definitely lacking for a 5 star hotel.

Really enjoyable luxury property stay
The staff were amazing at the property and the actual property itself was stunning and so clean! the breakfast was exceptional
The property was a bit out of the way if iys Venice you are looking to explore, it’s a 15 minute boat to the main extraction area and it’s pretty much an hourly boat however this is provided by the hotel at a fee of 15 euro per person! It is also the second last stop on public transport boat which means it is a one hour and forty minute boat from the airport to get to the hotel. The drinks are in my opinion extremely over priced

Perfect
It was our anniversary, and on arrival the staff had surprised us with a complimentary bottle and strawberries in our room. It was a lovely gesture.
Nothing, we loved it.

Great place to stay and away from most of the crowds
Excellent location, good shuttle to St Marks Square. Nice public areas, skillful conversion of old building. Rooftop swimming pool would be fantastic in summer (but closed in autumn). Nice view from room.

A True Venetian Gem with All the Comforts of a Chain Hotel.
This hotel is absolutely incredible, it captures the charm and style of Venice while being a completely new property. Our room was amazing, spacious, and very comfortable. Unlike many European hotels, here you’ll find all the services and amenities you’d expect from an international chain, which makes a huge difference. Another highlight is their private boat transfer service, available exclusively for guests at a very reasonable price. Everything is perfectly organized, so you don’t need to worry about getting around Venice. Without a doubt, it’s worth booking this service.
Sometimes it’s easy to get lost in the hallways when trying to find your room, as the hotel has many connecting corridors.

The best hotel in Venice
Really nice hotel, the staff are great and so helpful when you have questions that need answering. The rooftop offers gorgeous views of Venice. The shuttle boat that Hilton puts on is very good too
The only negative thing is you have to book a slot to use the pool. This is understandable as there is a lot of guests and a small pool

Amazing rooftop and great location in Venice
Great breakfast with a good variety of food choices. Convenient and quite position.
View was good but I was expecting a different one from the pics in booking. For the price, at breakfast, I would have expected real squeezed orange juices and not just the supermarket ones.

Scenary and luxurious place
I loved the hotel styling from inside and the furniture in the room. It was so modern and elegant. The staff are friendly. The water taxi service was very helpful. The pool and the roof top bar made the whole visit so beautiful. The food in Altro restaurant was delicious. The view of Venice on the rooftop was stunning. I loved every minute in the hotel. My son also was amazed by the hotel. Very luxurious place which makes you feel great
If the pool was bigger than that.

Don’t book through booking. com
My friend opened the door and found someone in the bedroom. Then we were told we were in the wrong apartment. We went to the apartment directed and it did not match the pictures. Then a woman asked us to not leave but visit her apartment as she wanted to talk to us to stay. We went to her apartment and she opened the door to the bedroom and there was a man in there. We were shocked. We didn’t know what was going on. We left. Booking. com would not return our money. This was a horrific experience and I don’t recommend this place. And I don’t recommend Booking.com. I will never use them.
We thought it was too dangerous to stay there after the above experience and booking. com charged us despite us telling them about about the above experience. We were two women and didn’t want to risk our lives after walking into bedrooms with men there through no fault of ours. Will never book through booking.com as they still charged for the apartment knowing the horror we went through.

Definetly recommend staying- everything was wonderful!
The entire hotel is beautifully clean, with lots of facilities. The staff are more than happy to help you with everything - directions, bookings, service, etc.
Loved the entire experience, except for the fact that you have to pay for wifi in your room - 12EUR for 24 hours.. This is not mentioned before staying, so just keep this in mind..

Everything was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and we would definitely recomme
The hotel was very clean. The rooms were amazing. The breakfast was great. The location of the hotel was perfect.
The only comment I have is the inconvenience to book the pool and the gym took 3-4 days to complete maintenance so we couldn’t use it during our stay.

Beautiful place but far from main part of town so hard to get to and from train and other activities quickly. Difficult
Beautiful decor, very clean and great food.
Staff was not accommodating, fitness center was not available for us which we were not informed about in advance.

A factory true and true…
- Clean, and feeling new.
- Good breakfast selection.
- Nice views from rooftop. But you need to book it all in advance as few bar tables.
- We were not given any free water because we had booked on Booking.com - as explained by Reception staff! For the price we paid for the room (nearly €380 per night) that is unacceptable.
- We were charged for using what we thought was the free hotel shuttle to San Marco. Why would anyone stay here - it is on an island after all- if not for a free shuttle?
- It feels like a factory, which is what the building originally was.

Hope the hotel will improve their service…
We really enjoyed our room, it was clean, nice design, lots of day light . Also breakfast was good, lots of food options including vegan, fast service . The shuttle to San Marco was really convenient , concierge service was also helpful.
Staff was doing mistakes all the time ((
First when checking in our keys didn’t work , then the staff member redid them and I asked to come with us to have someone to see if everything works properly now but instead of checking-in we discovered the room was already occupied by other guests and they were having their luggage delivered, so we had to go to the front desk for the third time tired after long layover flight . Then we finally got our room and staff offered us a free breakfast access and promised to inform the staff that it’s now included for us , instead every time when we arrived to the breakfast we had to explain that we don’t need to pay (( even at the check out they included breakfast into our totals and asked to pay , we had to explain all the situation again and wait for a solution losing our precious time on the way to the airport.
And 2 more surprises: the phone was disconnected from the line but the wire was put under the phone the way that doesn’t allow you to understand it’s disconnected from the first sight (so what is that ? Avoiding guest requests for any services ?) .
Next day we ran out of water and nobody refilled the fridge with any water bottles after the room service so we called and asked to bring us water , the reply was shocking : 6€ per bottle (actually 7€) and no they don’t offer their guests any water for free except the one you have in the mini bar on the day of the check-in. Just for your information the hotel is located on an island without any grocery stores or supermarkets access in the area so you have to pay for the water in the hotel because it’s the only possible way to get it ! So I don’t consider that a 5 star hotel experience at all ! What am I paying that price for then ?

Great hotel but disappointed with facilities
Lovely hotel and the hotel boat to st marks square every 20 mins or so was great.
I booked the hotel for our wedding anniversary and one of the main reasons for doing this was the roof top pool. When we went up we were informed it was closed for maintenance and had been all week. We weren’t told in advance of arrival and wasn’t told when we checked in - it was only when we went up.

Perfect holiday
We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, thanks to the always friendly staff and the spacious room. The surprise waiting for us in the room on my husband’s birthday was a lovely touch and made us very happy.

Beautiful property, amzing staff and breakfast but can be noisy.
The look of the historic old property with a modern twist that comes together well. In an amazing location, you can see the city and are far enough away from the busy town. They have a large select for breakfast in the buffet that taste fresh well-made We got married the day before, and they brought a complimentary prosecco and card that was such a nice surprise. The staff friendly and happy to help you.
Something to keep in mind is that the hotel can help. We had a room at the front of the property with the river view that can be noisy at times with the boat bus/taxi. They do stop between 12 and 3, but they sometimes wait out in front of the hotel just after 3, I guess when they arrive early and need to wait to leave.

Perfect mum & daughter trip
The staff were amazing here, every single person was so extremely friendly & helpful. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The only small issue was the AC in the room was not great and we found it hot during the night so not sure what it would be like during the peak season.

Big Hotel
The rooms were incredibly outdated, with worn carpets and a generally tired feel that could use a refresh. When I brought up the issue of the cold room, the staff’s solution was to send an extra blanket, which felt inadequate and a bit dismissive. Compared to a boutique hotel I stayed at in Florence, this hotel fell short in both quality and service, with staff who seemed less attentive and not particularly friendly.
On a positive note, the hotel does provide a ferry service, which was quite convenient—though it’s essential to be mindful of the schedule. They are very punctual, so it’s reliable if planned accordingly.

Unique building in a unique location. Friendly and welcoming staff.worth paying for a view but executive lounge lets it
Stunning building with great views, clean with a great smell throughout the building.
The executive lounge was ok if you wanted a drink but very basic otherwise. Very little to eat. Had much better experiences in other Hilton lounges.!
