The room with a balcony, and view over the garden
The breakfast is good but there could have been more fresh fruit.

The staff is very friendly and the guests too, the breakfast is simple but delicious.
Its easy to get there, if you need to stay on Giudecca.
The equipment in the bathroom is quite old, there is lots of mosquitos during summer-season.

The mattress was very good and the room was quiet and the breakfast was good.
The mosquitoes in the room keeping us awake!! They were also in the bathroom. The air conditioning did not work. We were either too hot or too cold. There was no comfortable setting,
The douvet was too hot and there were no blankets provided that we could use instead.
