Nice and comfortable

The staff is very friendly and the guests too, the breakfast is simple but delicious. Its easy to get there, if you need to stay on Giudecca.

The equipment in the bathroom is quite old, there is lots of mosquitos during summer-season.

Cleanliness, very comfortable bed in the room, very well equipped bathroom, daily change of towels, very nice and professional reception service, tourist information, delicious breakfasts, ideal location close to restaurants and shopping facilities, beautiful views, well-functioning city water transport. I will definitely come back here!

I booked a double room. Initially given a small attic room with no windows. Lights weren’t faulty and no air conditioning. Once complained, given another room slightly better

Great location but hotel needs an upgrade and mosquito repellents

The mattress was very good and the room was quiet and the breakfast was good.

The mosquitoes in the room keeping us awake!! They were also in the bathroom. The air conditioning did not work. We were either too hot or too cold. There was no comfortable setting, The douvet was too hot and there were no blankets provided that we could use instead.

The room was nice and fairly spacious, especially for Venice. Breakfast was great and the service was good. The location is quiet and fairly out of the way, which was a bonus for us.

The shower had few missing tiles from both the walls and the flooring. The beds weren't the best. Not a big issue for me personally, but if you are a light sleeper or have back problems it might be annoying when staying for multiple nights.

Enjoyable stay in Giudecca

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The hotel was clean, comfortable and well equiped. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. There's no problem with storing your luggage there after the check-out for free. The location is not perfect but the city centre is easily reachable by boat that leaves every 10 minutes and the ride is an experience itself. Definitely would recommend! :)

The interiors were gorgeous, the staff were extremely friendly, kind, thoughtful, helpful and just created a lovely atmosphere in the hotel. They made us feel at home. It was a lovely quiet place situated less than 5 min water taxi from Mainland Venice.

The hotel Is very clean ,quite, with comfortable rooms and the staff are hospitable, pleasant, friendly , proffessional and open to explain to you all things which you need there - from restaurants to ways to buy tickets for the water bus. Guidecca not far way from San Marco ( only 10 minutes ) and so easy to come to Murano, Burano, Ferrovitta ( Santa Lucia ). Water bus working 24 hours .Nice to explorer the lovely Island and feel Venice. Thanks to ali the staff for amazing hospitality and I really felt as if I was at home.

Room was cold, heating had to be left on all night, and additional blankets had to be asked for. floor was freezing, incl. in bathroom. The hotel is located in a nice and calm area, but far of everything. this is a choice to make. Staff’s advice was wrong and terrible in every way! we arrived 30 minutes late to concert, they advised us to take the wrong vaporetto line and suggested nonsense places to eat at.

Exceptional

The hotel was perfect for us as our son lives on the Giudecca, just a six or seven minute walk from the hotel. This is a quiet area and there is a vaporetto stop a few minutes walk away. If you make use of the day or week pass you can easily access the rest of the city and all the main tourist sites, but if you want a day out to Padua or the mountains, there is a rapid service to the car park, bus station and trains. The hotel is lovely with an exceptional breakfast.
