We have never had better or more friendly and helpful staff anywhere in the world than all the wonderful people at MyVenice. If you stay at this beautiful place you will experience the best of what Venice can offer with fabulous, genuine Venezzian hospitality! The hospitality is matched by the beautiful decor and overall comfort of the hotel and its many spaces. The only negative for us in a double room was the lack of space for large suitcases. This is because our room had a very large free-standing bathtub. So good for romance but not so much for storage space. I would highly recommend MyVenice to anyone wanting the best experience in Venice and to experience the best service in the world!

We had a fantastic experience! The great hospitality from when we first arrived to the best breakfast and friendly staff. We really appreciated the extra attention we got regarding our anniversary. The balcony over the canal was also a great surprise which we enjoyed. We are definitely coming back with our next trip to Venice!

Palazzetto My Venice is a beautiful hotel. It is in a quaint area but yet a short walk to St Marks Square, a water bus terminal and the stunning winding streets of Venice. The staff cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble, and they are really friendly. Our room was perfect and breakfast is amazing. I did not find a fault with this hotel, the staff made it a wonderful experience for us and we will definitely return one day.

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Palazzetto My Venice, we knew we'd found somewhere special. This stunning boutique hotel truly captures the essence of Venice, offering an experience that's both luxurious and incredibly personal. Our room was an absolute delight, featuring a charming balcony overlooking a smaller, picturesque canal with a captivating view down to the Grand Canal – a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening aperitif. The thoughtful touches continued inside with plush robes and slippers and delicious chocolates awaiting us. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its exceptional staff. They consistently went above and beyond to assist with all our arrangements, making our trip seamless and stress-free. The warm welcome began with a delightful Prosecco on arrival, setting the tone for a truly pampered stay. Breakfast was another highlight. Served in a cute courtyard, it was a delicious affair where we could order directly from the menu and have everything delivered right to our table. A wonderful start to each day! Frankly, we wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else if we return to Venice. Hotel Palazzetto My Venice is a gem, offering an unforgettable blend of elegant comfort, impeccable service, and an unbeatable location. Absolutely stunning property with everything you could want when staying in such a historical place. Our room had two balconies looking onto the canal. We took a ride on a Gondola at Academia Bridge and he dropped us home right at the hotels very own boat dock. Absolutely magical.

We had a bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of prosecco - we were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We would highly reccommend this hotel and will definitely return next time we visit Venice.

Fabulous property. Some confusion about transport at the end of my stay due to a strike. The hotel staff were not responsible for the strike of course, but it would have been good if they were better informed. I was told it was a general strike, but regional trains were not affected.

My Venice Palazzetto was a great stay, it was very very clean and good smell. You have access through the canal and walking, you don’t have to walk to get the hotel from the vaporeto.
