Very helpful staff, something which became useful several times. Quiet surroundings. Classy interior. Gluten-free packs were offered for breakfast.
Despite the reception being in the third floor, only a very slow luggage elevator was available. Breakfast eggs were very badly made, both the scrambled and the boiled ones. When we were checking out, the receptionist was absent for for a long time.

The rooms were so cool and the location was excellent - we loved being I. The cobblestones alleys and piazzas away from the busyness the beds were incredibly comfortable!

Location was perfect. Close to all the famous bridges and attractions. Breakfast good.
Little hard to find as off one of the small walkways. Reception and rooms on top floor, lift very slow. Shower in our room was over bath but had to handhold to have shower. A bit awkward. Putting a shower holder further up wall would be an easy fix.

Location and the staff at front desk were amazing.
Extremely poor AC in all rooms and ants in 2 out of 3 rooms. Canal view from suite was terrible.
