Location was perfect. Close to all the famous bridges and attractions. Breakfast good.
Little hard to find as off one of the small walkways. Reception and rooms on top floor, lift very slow. Shower in our room was over bath but had to handhold to have shower. A bit awkward. Putting a shower holder further up wall would be an easy fix.

Property is closer to the commute in Venice and close to few kabab places. We got 2 rooms in separate building but attached to the hotel. First time experiencing the Venice so it is not any regular hotels with huge signboards.
We didn’t like the food options very limited. More options could have been better.

The hotel was very authentically Venetian and was in a lovely, quiet area away from the crowds. Night time was peaceful and there was no hotel noises to disturb our sleep. The air conditioning was perfect and very easy to control. We had everything we needed and Valentina and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was just right with a good range of cereal, toast, cooked items, croissants, etc. All in all a fantastic stay and a big thanks to all :-)

Location and the staff at front desk were amazing.
Extremely poor AC in all rooms and ants in 2 out of 3 rooms. Canal view from suite was terrible.
