The hitel is in a greatoca5uon. After being disappointed with our room because the windows were so low I had to get on all fours to look out, I was upgraded and the second room was excellent. Staff were all very good, knowledgeable and helpful.
My first bedroom had windows at the bottom of the wall and I had to get on all fours to see out of them this room was the lowest price at the hotel but was not shown on the website so I had no idea about the windows.

Fantastic location away from the busiest areas but within a short walk of everything. Lovely room with very comfortable bed looking over the canal. Staff were very friendly, spoke excellent English and extremely helpful. Would thoroughly recommend staying here whilst in Venice.

Hotel was in a good location away from touristy part of Venice and quiet.
This hotel was another example of misleading advertising. It is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. Not sure who decides this rating.
It’s impossible to find. The sign on the wall is tiny, dark bronze and unreadable from more than a 25cm away.
There are 2 pot plants at an entrance that is unclear leads to a hotel because it looks like a sitting area.
The lush plants are plastic, the murano lighting plastic, the lounge area like a waiting room and not a place to enjoy refreshments. The bar is small and right across from check in area and lacks the cool bar vibe hotel tries to create.
The dark underlit hallways with dark grey carpet, walls and tile stairs are simply dark and not the cool New York vibe of the 2000’s it seeks to achieve.
Everything is faux. The decor in my room was not hardwood floors, it was engineered laminate, the chairs and headboard in shiny silver was pleather, the faux black and silver furniture was plastic or some other material.
The bathroom has nowhere to put your toiletries. There was no closet, just hangers on a rail.
Coffee and tea facilities were provided but cups were plastic. Had to ring for pillows, blankets and shower mat that other 4.5 hotels already provide in the room.
It was a joke. In the list of amenities it included toilet paper. Seriously, what hotel says that?
This is another hotel masquerading as a 4 star hotel but is a 3 star hotel with furnishings seem to come from online.
It’s insulting to guests and misleading advertising.
As seen often in Italy, it’s the staff that have to carry the burden of complaints.
I won’t stay here again for the above reasons.
Lacks class and honesty.
They don’t deserve my money.
