Great location. Beautiful view across Lago di Como. Excellent host that caters for all your needs. Very good breakfast. Nice authentic building.

Not a negative at all, but notice that this B&B is away from the beaten path. It’s a compact room with a compact bathroom. And it’s a bit of a drive/walk to get to.

this hotel is a little gem

Riccardo and Francesca are super friendly and helpful, they really care about their customers. The views from the balcony were simply stunning and unique, day and night. Breakfast was delicious and rich, included fresh fruit, homemade pastry, fresh coffee, etc and was served on the balcony of the kitchen, so we could enjoy the views again. Room had everything we needed, the decorations with painted furniture is really beautiful. there are only three rooms, each with a different topic, so if you’re looking for a quiet and extraordinary place and dont mind taking the furnicolare train up the hill/or drive the super narrow streets with your car, then this is a real hidden gem for you.

Best view in Italy!

Very nice view, lake Como is below and you can see Alps up to Monte Rosa! The restaurant is right below, where we had lunch. Brunato and the funicular is 10 minutes walk.

The view and the tranquility! The breakfast, which was so much over the Italian standards! The owner is very helpful and accommodating, we could even work from an extra room, as we were teleworking.

Schönster Aufenthalt in bezaubernder Umgebung

Die Unterkunft & Lage war bezaubernd. Der Ausblick (auch vom Zimmer) war total surreal, so so schön. Unsere Gastmama gab uns sehr das Gefühl des Willkommen seins und verwöhnte uns mit liebevollem & leckeren Frühstück. Wir bekamen wertvolle Tips für Como. Wir haben uns wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das ganze Karma im Haus ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Im Cafe unten haben wir in schönster Atmosphäre sehr gut zu Abend gegessen und den Sonnenuntergang beobachtet und genossen. Wir sind mit dem VW Bus T4 angereist. Der Weg war eng und aufregend, hat aber alles gut geklappt und es hat sich absolut gelohnt. Wir werden diesen Aufenthalt in bester Erinnerung behalten. ♡♡♡

Unvergleichlicher Blick und netter Gastgeber

Die Lage ist etwas ganz Besonderes! Der Blick auf den See ist hervorragend und wenn das kleine Ausflugslokal im Erdgeschoss geöffnet hat, ist es absolut traumhaft dort zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Riccardo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der morgens persönlich das Frühstück zubereitet und der sich jederzeit hilfsbereit um alles kümmert. Auch beim Frühstück ist der Blick von der Terrasse phänomenal! Unser Zimmer war sehr hübsch aber es ist ein bisschen hellhörig. Das ist bei nur 3 Zimmern aber nicht weiter tragisch.

Der Weg mit dem Auto zum Haus ist aufregend und das letzte Stück sollte besser ausgeschildert sein, da dort ein Schild steht, das die Durchfahrt verbietet. Man muss die Straße wirklich bis zum Aussichtspunkt fahren! Die Seilbahn runter zum See ist amüsant aber zeitweilig auch sehr voll mit Ausflugsgästen. Unbedingt immer direkt Hin- und Rückweg Tickets kaufen, sonst steht man in der Schlange. Ticket hin/rück übrigens 7 Euro p.P und im Sommer fährt die letzte Bahn um 0 Uhr.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel. Si vous voulez un hébergement hors des sentiers battus avec un resto/bistro fort sympathique au rez-de-chaussée c'est l'endroit à visiter. L'hôte vous accueillera avec un grand sourire et vous conseillera adéquatement sur les activités environnantes. Les 2 terrasses à l'étage sont vraiment très jolies avec une vue splendide.

La couleur du couvre lit moins à mon goût. Mais comme tous les goûts existent on passe par dessus facilement avec tous les avantages.

Einzigartige Lage mit Weltklasse Gastgebern und sehr familiär

Der Ausblick und Lage sind atemberaubend: die Lage ist wirklich einzigartig und gleichzeitig trotzdem gut erreichbar. Es gibt im Ort eine Seilbahn direkt aus dem Zentrum von Como die bis 0 Uhr fährt und man dann nur noch 5 min Fußweg hat. Die Gastgeber: Die beiden Gastgeber beherbergen die Gäste des Geldes halber, sondern einfach aus Liebe zur Sache. Wir haben uns super unterhalten und ganz viele wertvolle Tipps erhalten Das Frühstück: einer der Gastgeber hat morgens das Frühstück vorbereitet und nach individuellen Wünschen Kuchen gebacken; Omelette und Kaffee zubereitet. Also so etwas hab ich wirklich noch nicht erlebt. Mega!

Ich würde mir im Zimmer unter dem Bett einen Teppich wünschen und einen halbwegs nutzbaren Fernseher für abends. Das sind aber absolute Kleinigkeiten - ansonsten war alles sehr sehr gut
