it was an okay stay, just fine for staying 2 nights and just using it to sleep.

It's close to the Docks where everything is located from restaurants. And close by was a local market. The doors are digitally locked, so no more need to secure your keys that you can lose.

The absolute chaos in finding a parking spot. if you come by car, good luck. it's a small street and every centimeter is filled with cars. it's not easy to find a spot close by and if you find 1 it's centimeter work to fit the car in the spot.

An quiet and adequately furnished room, not very welll suited for a working holiday.

A quiet neighbourhood in a good location. A big room with a comfortable bed. The wifi was ok. Good instuctions on how to open the door.

Although everythiing was clean, the room was a little drab. The lighting was a bit too dim for working on my laptop. I could not get the keycard to work (access with code was ok). The minibar is a little noisy.

Not nice as expected, overpriced

Good location

The apartment was not the one shown in the first pictures (only some later pictures showed parts of it and was quite worse). Nothing really wrong, but not inviting to stay more. The host messages became cold because we arrived ten minutes later.

NOBODY LET ME INTO THE APARTMENT! I confirmed my checkin, between 11pm-12am, but no one gave me any checkin information

Worst experience ever. The attendant emailed me during checking time to confirm reservation but would not answer calls or emails on code information to get into the building…. When I asked him for the information, all he said is it’s not his fault I cannot put codes in….. AND HE NEVER GAVE ME THE CODE!!! By the time I waited over 1.5 hours it was too late to book another place, so I spent the night IN THE CAR outside the apartment in a strange town.

I traveled for work but it was great pleasure to stay in the center of Split with all the recommendation from the host as well as assistance with parking made my stay very nice.Everything was spot on ,very clean and comfortable.

Everything what I needed was there,very comfortable bed and location,its a city center but quite street so had a pleasant sleep.Host was absolutely amazing with all the information and recommendations. Great place to stay.

The worst place we ever stayed at

The location is good, but actually nothing else.

- The apartment was under repair! The door was just a piece of wood with unfinnished work around it. - In the bookinginfo it said that our apartment had ”garden- and cityview”. This was not true. The windows were totally blurred, so it was not possible to look through them at all, and the apartment was very dark. - In the bookinginfo it also said that the our apartment had a ”terrace”. This was also not true. There were just a messy front where noone ever could sit. - It smelled pee and smoke in the stairs. - There were no sheets to cover yourself with. We had to call and ask about it, go and get them ourselfes and put them on. - We told these complains to the owner. She said she should give compensation and come back to us about it. But it was not true. She just stopped answering when we tried to get in touch trough through writing or calling, and made herself unreachable. So in total this apartmnt actually became the worst place we stayed at ever.

Great location, spotless apartment had everything we needed & free parking.

Great location, spotless apartment had everything we needed & well thought out. Kettle, cutlery & crockery & fridge. Nice towels, bathmat, hooks & hairdryer, aircon. Just a few minutes walk to the palace & old city. Very very good location. Free street parking BUT I suggest you start looking about 400m from property, take the first space you can as it's rare.Easy to follow check in instructions. One set of stairs to room.

The foyer has a strange smell, maybe just needs a deep clean & freshen up. Garden needs some care.

A nice appartment near the palace

The location is perfect! 4 min walk to the palace. The place is very clean and neat. Lena is very nice and she made sure that there will be a baby bed waiting for us.

Its abourlt the building- there is a strong smell of cigarets that sometimes enters the appartment

The room was very comfortable, and the location couldn't be more convenient to the old town, while still providing parking. Best of all though is the host, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!

It isn't clearly marked from the street, but the host makes contact to ensure that she's there to help you in, so it isn't a huge issue.

great location. there is no parking in the apartment. only in the streets however even in the low-season its full.
