Location was good. The hostess left a bottle of water and cakes in the frig. Very thoughtful. The place was clean. To me, it was a fair price for the stay.

It was hard to find. Maybe, post some directions with arrows along a map showing the way. Also, add a picture of the big, white round sign that is outside the building. Then, when looking down the road you can see it.

All.good except for the cost confusion

The location and the cleanliness of the place. The owner was also very responsive.

I was disappointed by the fact that Booking.com initially offered me a quote of 94 GBP including taxes with Booking.com accounting for 16GBP of the price, only for me to then have to pay 110 GBP. It came across as very unprofessional and I still don't understand why there was this difference.

Awesome place

Everything was pretty great - starting from owner who left us a lot of tips where to go, eat etc. and checking if everything was okay. The room is small but really cozy and we've got everything we needed included coffee, cleaning products etc. The equipment is really good, the distance of the old town, bus station and beach was about 15 min each. We had a great time in Split.

The only one thing is missing is that there was no window in the room, but it was really not a big problem for us because we needed the room just for sleeping and resting between exploring town.

Very clean and cozy room

Very clean and cozy room. The owner was very Kind and helpful (we could check in 2 hours earlier). We also received some recommendations for attractions and restaurants. The room has almost everything what we needed - fridge, hair dryer, kettle, shower gel, shampoo, towels... The location is also good, very close to the old Town:)

A bit small and dark. No place to put wet towels or swimsuut from the beach so it was hard to dry it properly.

Such a cosy and quiet little place with everything you need. Our host gave us a warm welcome, and got us started into city marking up a map with tipps and recommendations. We would come here again any time:)

Un lugar ideal para conocer Split

El apartamento está en una localización perfecta para conocer la ciudad. A un par de minutos de uno de los miradores del parque Marjan; merece la pena subir y darte una vuelta por el parque, buenas vistas de la ciudad y también hay terrazas para tomarte algo. A unos 15 min andando del puerto y también de la estación de autobuses. A un par de minutos ya encuentras restaurantes muy buenos para cenar. Se puede ir caminando a todas las partes, eso sí hay que subir una pequeña cuesta. El apartamento es pequeño, sobre todo el baño pero tiene de todo hasta crema para el cuerpo. No conocimos a la propietaria porque el registro fue online, pero en la nevera nos dejó cervezas y también varios paquetes de galletas y café para desayunar todos los días, un destalle que viene muy bien. Cama cómoda

Simplemente el tamaño del baño. la habitación era pequeña pero si eres ordenado no hay ningún problema.

Super bien ubicado y el trato con la dueña ha sido excepcional, nos resolvio las dudas y los inconvenientes que tuvimos

Es demasiado pequeño, con poca luz y poca ventilacion. Si solo lo quereis para dormir es perfecto, pero si quieres desayunar y cenar en la casa, para ahorrar, se queda demsiado justo

Bardzo przytulny pokoik, w sam raz dla pary :-) Czysty, schludny, z wygodnym łóżkiem, klimatyzacja radziła sobie z regulacją temperatury. Zakwaterowanie bardzo blisko Riwy, spokojna okolica, niedaleko głównego traktu do cudownego parku Marjan. Właścicielka obiektu przemiła, pomocna, bardzo kontaktowa, dbająca o komfort Bookingiwiczów :-)

Le studio est parfait. Rien à redire, très coocooning, on s’y sent bien, très jolie. Lit confortable, hôte très gentille ! Je recommande à 100%

Prima, voor de 3 nachten dat wij er waren.

De liggen. Als je ongeveer 2 minuutjes loopt kom je het eerste restaurantje al tegen. En met 5 minuutjes ben je in het centrum van Split. Ook hebben we toen we aankwamen de moeder van de eigenaresse gezien, die was alles mooi aan het schoonmaken. Ze was super vriendelijk en alles was perfect schoon!

Het appartementje was erg klein. Wij waren met zijn 2e en hadden allebei een koffer bij. Die kon maar net in de ruimte liggen en dan hadden wij zelf niet veel leefruimte meer over. Ook had de douche maar ongeveer 10 minuten warm water. Dus met zijn 2e na elkaar douchen was heel erg krab.
