The room was spacious with a bathroom and small separate kitchen Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Straightforward self check-in/out. Host lives adjacent to apartment and was available if needed - though we didn’t need to contact her.

Lovely stay and great location

Lovely big room with everything you need. Instructions to getting to the room were brilliant. Brilliant location, minutes from the palace walls.

Slightly loud outside, but that is out of their control. A lot quieter than when I stayed within the old palace walls of Split.

Great studio in Split

Great little studio near Old Town. It was ideal for our three night stay in Split. It is compact especially in the kitchen but it’s well equipped for the size.

Great location, clean, comfortable, and it has just what's needed, including washing machine and a stove. Early check-in is always a bonus.

It can get busy around the area with all the tourists so it can be a bit loud. I even had Chinese tourists grabbing the door handle roughly late at night a couple of times, trying to get into my apartment, even though I tried to explain to them that they needed to read the address, not the google maps. They still came back with a man who seemed even more confused than them. We sorted it out in the end with the owner on the phone, and they found their hotel. It was funny, but it didn't bother me much :) .

Exceptional

I loved that there was coffee available for the coffee machine. I have stayed in several different accommodations during this trip and all the others did not provide coffee for coffee machine. I liked the 11am check-out, many are 10am. And I enjoyed drinking my coffee in the garden which is shared with owners, but separate table and chairs and had a nice chat with the owner. Great location. Quite small street only few mins walk from centre with nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. It was basic apartment as advertised, very clean with air-conditioning, reasonably priced. I would stay here again.

Excellent location, very near the palace and the sea, in the picturesque old center of Split. The apartment is such a good value for money and the owners are beyond kind! Everything is very clean and comfy.

Good for a short stay

Good location very close to the city center, the room is very modern, you can make some coffee and tea, good air conditioning.

The room is at the bottom floor next to a narrow street, so be aware of possible noise (it didn’t bother me that much actually, because the bars were closed at midnight due to COVID).

Excellent Apartment

The apartment is well furnished and decorated, has everything you need, is super clean, and really well located. The terrace is beautiful too and the neighbourhood is also nice. The communication was very good, the house keeper and apartment owner are both really nice and helpful. For us everything was just perfect.

De locatie was perfect! Ook fijn dat we onze bagage af konden geven. Het was heel schoon. Het was inderdaad erg gehorig, maar dat wisten we en gezien de locatie geen probleem. Ik zou dit zeker aanbevelen!

De douche was minder door de ruimte/het gordijn. Maar dit wisten we al door de reviews dus hier hebben we voor gekozen.

Sehr gepflegtes Appartment. Habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Beste Lage mitten in der Altstadt, aber trotzdem sehr leise. Absolute Empfehlung, wenn man es sauber und gemütlich haben möchte.
