First of all, I have to thank Mira and Angela, they were the best hosts I ever had. So nice, friendly and helpful sisters. Thank you so much for making my vacation the best. The room I booked was lovely, it felt like home. There are two big bathrooms, so I always had the bathroom for myself. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a nice terrace. I loved it there. I would definitely come back.

Lovely clean room in good location

There appeared to be permanent tenants sleeping on the shared lounge room etc more bodies on the premises than your advised. Plus very fine spiral stair case to be conquered with luggage etc

Good location, good price, but details lacking

Excellent location for being in Split which made it excellent value. Good communication from the hosts before arrival. Nice shared area that could be used.

Bathrooms, especially the showers, weren’t particularly clean. Lots of hair, and lack of amenities. Up some very narrow and twisted steps, not ideal with suitcase, many others will struggle Hosts didn’t lock front door. Fine most of the time as can lock personal room and on 3rd floor, but when leaving bags on day of checkout in their courtyard space I was less comfortable with that idea.

Very good location with basic amenities, but the host’s strange and unclear rules and behavior made the stay stressful

The place is very close to the city center, only about 5 to 10 minutes on foot. The location is great. The kitchen is well equipped with many essentials. There are two bathrooms for three rooms, which is convenient. The host was nice during the first two days. The terrace on the top floor is nice; I spent most of my time there since I’m a smoker and prefer not to keep going up and down. The house feels like an old home, not necessarily a historic landmark, but you really feel like you’re in an old house with old streets.

The wardrobe contains clothes, but I don’t know whose they are, so I could only use a small section. The weather is very hot in summer, so I wish I had booked a room with air conditioning because the ceiling fan is fixed and small. The bed is a bit uncomfortable and makes noises. On the last day, the host became very nervous and scary. She demanded extra payment because I brought someone with me for an hour at night, and her way of speaking was very aggressive. She also said I must inform her if I want to bring anyone with me. There was no clear rule about this in the house guidelines except that if you want to use the washing machine, you must talk to the host, and the same for the air conditioning. Otherwise, there is no mention of additional guests. The stairs to the room are very steep, so you need to be careful, especially if you are older. Also, the neighborhood is not very safe; once when I was walking with my friends, we were sprayed with water from one of the balconies in the area. The wardrobe are not very clean, and the kitchen utensils need washing before use as they are not very clean either. Because of my stress and fear, I forgot my food , fruits and beer cans in the fridge, and my cigarettes on the terrace. Unfortunately, I was not focused, just thinking about how to leave as soon as possible. Sadly, maybe I am too honest, but this is what happened and my personal experience.

My daughter loved her stay here and Angela was so helpful. She would have returned later for a few more days if there had been availability but sadly there was not...I can see why!!

This is the greatest apartment I’ve stayed during my whole 17-day journey in Europe I would say. It’s at the primary location in Split which is near the Old Town, the forest, and the Riva. I didn’t use any kind of public transportation, just walking is enough to reach every famous places. The hostess lady was very friendly to us since giving a detail guidance in advance and a warm welcome when I arrived. In addition, the staff recommended some beautiful places and the way to reach them as well. Our room was very cozy, like the apartment’s name. There were some pretty small decorations that I love so much. All facilities were in hand and clean. The bathroom was extremely great. There was a common space for guests also and I dived deep into it. One more things, there were cute dogs 🐶.

Just as its name suggests - a super cosy accom in the centre of Split

Angela, Mira, and their family were the most hospitable hosts I’ve ever stayed with. They were always available for any questions and treated myself and the other guests like their own family. The property itself was super cosy, comfortable, and impeccably clean, and had everything I needed during my stay. The location was also 10/10 as it was just a few minutes from the old town, but also on a quiet street. The terrace had amazing views and I found myself spending a lot of time up there just chilling. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Split 😊

The host Angela is attentive and help with any requests. The location is excellent, withing 5-7minutes walking distance to old town center. The property has an upstairs kitchen and lounge area as well as the terrace. The room I stayed in has a big bed

Wonderful staff, wonderful location, great choice if staying in Split

The ladies who run the property are wonderful. Very kind, helpful, and eager to share their stories and ideas. The upstairs common space is nice. The bathrooms are well-stocked. The location is fantastic, quiet, and safe.

The bedroom I was in had windows that didn't open, so the room was always hot and stuffy. The air conditioner was portable and the water needed to be dumped out every night. Bathrooms are shared.

Great location. No aircon in room

Great location. Great bed. Small but nice room. Was Allowed to keep my big bags there for 3 hours after check out until my bus

No aircon in the room required me to keep bedroom door open to get aircon from the corridor. As a result no privacy. On the last night I shut the door but could not sleep because of the heat. July weather. I didnt like the way I was treated while waiting for my bus after check out time.

The location was great!

I didn't like the fact that the communication was a little off, from the beginning (there seems to be more owners/people who rent the place) and that part was quite confusing. Besides that, it felt like we were intruding into someone's place (the fact that the terrace was filled with laundry that was drying (it's a little hard to enjoy your glass of wine, sitting on the terrace while someone's underwear are right under your nose - literally) and the owners (I guess) were there watching television. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place nor I plan to return again.

Wunderful attentive and very kind hosts. Really nice terrace. Calme at night. Little kitchen, with everything you need for a little cooking. Comfortably furnished.

Amazing location, host and house! :)

Angela was so friendly and accommodating and it made the stay so much better! Staying there gave us a true sense of living in Split as the house was so unique and quirky and we absolutely loved the terrace! We just wanted to say thank you so much as we had the best time and you were all amazing. We will miss Kiki the dog very much too!

Warm and welcoming in a great location

Incredible location within walking distance to all the best sites, restaurants and transport hubs. The owners were so warm and welcoming which made my stay a really lovely experience. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and there aren’t too many other guests - so the facilities were always clean and accessible. Really enjoyed my stay here!

The apartment is really well located and is close to the centre of Split. There are rooms and then a kitchen and balcony area up the top. The shared bathroom was clean and a good size.

The only thing was it was really hot in the rooms unless you slept with the door open.

The location was totally perfect and there was an amazing balcony where you could hang out. The kitchen is small but has everything you need, but can become a bit crowded if you need to prepare food at the same time as other guests.

The rooms where quite hot and the air conditioning was in the hall, so if you wanted to cool the room at night you had to sleep with your door open

great location, room was nice and had a nice sitting area by the window. balcony up top was great for eating dinner and watching the sunset. the property owners were incredibly helpful and were of such value when it came to suggestions about split.

kinda felt like I was intruding in someone’s house- was confused at the shared living as other residents seemed to live in the same building. they were all lovely and friendly though.

Wonderful stay with brilliant hosts!

EXCEPCIONAL

I spent 3 days in Split and I couldn't choose a better place to stay! The flat is very nice, warm, well equipped and very clean, there is a balcony with a lovely view. The bedroom is comfty, bright, spacious, well decorated, matress and pillow very comfortable. The location is great, few minutes from old town and to reach everyplace :) The owners, Angela with the sister and the family, are very kind, cheerful, helpfull, they make me feel very welcomed as I was at home! We had a very nice conversations, also they recommended what to do and visit in Split and if I needed some info they were always happy to help..I recommend them, the flat and spend time in Split! Thank you!

Service improvement needed.

Property well located. There're everything in walking distance. Owners are nice and friendly people. The property is very clean (apart from the last day when I even couldn't use the bathroom. There were dirty everything including floor, sink, toilet, shower).

There a few areas of improvement should be done. 1. I paid for a room and I would prefer the room empty from someone's staff. My bedroom was full of owners clothes and items. 2. Would be nice to have a verbal guides about a city. Every country I've visited owners aquentenced me beriefly with local area. Angela only gave me a map. I don't think it was enough effort from the host.

Like last time, I highly recommend a stay here. Angela and her family really do everything to make you feel comfortable. And the location of the property is just perfect. Whether you want to hike on the Marjan hill, walk along the Riva or visit the old town, everything is very easy to reach from here. I will come again.
