Honestly, this was my favorite room my entire trip. I’m not one to book a room as opposed to a hotel but this will change that in the future. The check in/access was super easy, the contact person was attentive and responded immediately to us, the room was spotless and if you’ve ever been to Split and can think of the best area to stay in this beautiful city, this was it. Right on the pedestrian street feet from the Riva.

Very rude management when you try to message them, and there is no staff on site. The "amenities" section of the expedia page is false - there is no housekeeping and no breakfast of any kind served, and the safe in the room was not usable (there was no key and when we messaged to inquire their response to us was literally just "the previous guests must have taken the key, can't help you".) It's also on the 4th floor with no elevator so make sure you prepare to carry your luggage up. The only benefit of the room was the location by the old town. Would not recommend staying here unless you have no other options nearby.

Nice apartment that was very clean. No where to sit for 2 people other than the bed , photo on booking showed a settee. Beds large but mattresses very uncomfortable and bowed on middle like someone large had slept in them . Apartment on 3rd floor - a long way to drag cases for 1 night. Central Location.

The property was well appointed with toiletries, nice towels, some amenities eg vanity kit, tissues- needed a shower cap. The only draw back was it was located on the third floor- lots of stairs. It was tiresome in the heat and with groceries to walk up that many flights as an older person. 20-45yr olds would not worry about this. The owner was excellent in helping me- a mature aged traveller. He met me nearby, took my luggage up the stairs and back down, even at 4.45am on morning of my departure. That was service “above & beyond”. He was also responsive to my email queries. The rooms are very centrally located in the old town of Split. Yet close to grocery store, restaurants, shops & national theatre. I had a lovely stay at Best4Stay. Thank You

I stayed for 1 night and 2 days. The place is located on the third floor, and there’s no elevator, so I had to use the stairs. It’s in a good location, and the room was quiet, so I had a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The apartment/room itself was quite nice and had all we needed. It also was in a great location. However, our stay was marred when we found out just prior to our arrival that there was no parking. On the site, it clearly stated "parking available". We knew that we would want parking because it is VERY difficult to find in Split. We were told the night we arrived that "parking available" meant there was parking that we would have to hunt for and pay for. It took us nearly an hour to find and then we had to carry all our luggage through the streets to our room. In addition, the site states that there is daily housekeeping. We only stayed 2 nights, but we received NO housekeeping. Later, I dug down into the site listing and did find one place that said housekeeping was available for a fee. We travel quite a bit and have never had an experience where the website gave contradicting information. Be careful!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was clean, king size bed, shower was great and it was within walking distance of the ferry and train station. One thing we weren't prepared for was that the rooms are on the 3rd floor so be prepared to carry your suitcases all the way up and back down. No elevator. Otherwise, good value for your money.

Very clean and modern apartment in a great location. The host was responsive via text which I appreciated and they also helped me arrange airport transfer. It’s also very quiet. There was a line of partygoers outside the building on a Saturday night, and we didn’t hear anything once inside. Only downside is there is no elevator and you’ll need to walk up 4 flights of stairs with your luggage.

The room was situated on the third floor of an old building. There was no lift. The room was in good shape; well working AC and bed and bathroom were new and in good shape. Check out time at 10 am is too early. The address is in the middle of the Old Town, close to all sights.

The room was exactly as described and in excellent condition. Small number of rooms which meant there was basically no disturbance from other guests. Checkin and check out was easy and all done remotely. The location was great to explore the old town and with easy access to the ferries to explore the other islands. Note: there is no reception so worth reaching out to the hotel before arrival and located on 4th floor with no lift so not ideal if you’ve mobility issues. Id happily stay there again!

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was very comfortable and clean, the staff helpful, when we asked for fresh towels they were delivered straight away. It was close to restaurants, bars and shops, a 30 second walk from the front. Overall we were very happy with our stay here

Lovely suite in Split! They weren't kidding about the stairs! The room was true to the posted pictures on the web site. Check-in was easy and the hosts were helpful in helping us find it later at night as we were coming from the train which is located close to this area. Very walkable! Room was nice, bed comfortable, amenities great. Had a little kitchen but we didn't use it. Location excellent! Close to everything including the sea! Only complaint - they want cash payment for the room. Inconvenient in this day and age.
