Very clean, central but quiet. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was working well!
Nothing! There are 3 flights of stairs if you have a suitcase but it was fine.

Very cute spot, located in the city so it is a short walk to all historical sites and good restaurants.
The rooms are on the 3rd or 4th floor with NO elevator and we did not know that and we came with large bags we had to carry all the way up for just one night. The checkout is already at 10am and we were quite rudely and impatiently kicked out at 10.00. We only spent there one night, which means we did not even get to enjoy a full day as the check-in is after 3 or 4pm and yet we paid the full price for the room.
