Great location! Lovely room and easy communication with host.

Apartment was on the perfect, safe location, not far from the port where guests can embark to the ferry to the islands such as Hvar and Korčula. It was very spacious, modern, clean, bright, with huge window and bed, but very quiet thanks to good sound insulation from the outside area where the main pedestrian zone is with many restaurants, shops and crowd. Its located on 2nd floor and steps are wide and building is in good shape. Aircon worked great and bed was very comfortable. There was a small refrigerator and few glasses and a kettle for coffee or tea. Communication with the owner was prompt and he was kind to assist if needed providing information about the place and how to get to the room. Bathroom was big and very clean, although I would prefer way more practical faucet to be installed in the shower. Shower with the door would be also better solution so that water can not be splashed all arround.

We would prefer more practical and useful faucet in the shower instead that modern and fancy one, one of those that first you have to study how to use it and control the heat. We believe guests would be happier if the door will be installed in the shower because even when one control the amount of water while taking shower, water ends up all around and toward the sink and it becomes quiet slippery. Also holder for the shampoo and shower gell in the shower should be installed for guests convenience. Since room is big enough, additional chair ( two instead of one ) would be much appreciated for a couple stayjng together. Although it is located in the pedestrian( no car ) zone, taxi can reach it from the back of the block, they can arrive to parallel street which is a few meters away. If available and if price is competable with other accommodation options in the same area, we would definately use the same apartment for possible future stays in Split.

Excellent property for the money and location… Really is in the best location for Split.

Few minor things to pick up on, shower head and attachments rattle and seem slightly loose, the bathroom door also is loose.

Location is perfect, apartment is perfect pretty modern and bed is big
