acceptable stay, but the photos are definitely exaggerating the state of the apartment. It's clean, it's conveniently located, but it's also a little worn down and furniture and bed are on the simple side. Maybe they have one room with a view, ours had none and no balcony

The apt had a nice layout although the bathroom off main bedroom was a bit small small to navigate . Apt very neat and clean and the host was very accommodating ,she offered us great suggestions to explore city . The balcony was lovely to people watch on street below which is beautiful until after midnight Then from midnight till 4 am on all 3 nights we were there the nightmare begins!!!! There are groups of guys hanging out screaming all night long and I mean loud obnoxious hooting and hollering We did not get any restful nights !!

Ivanka, one of the owners, checked us in and was very nice. Her husband helped us in carrying our luggage’s from ground floor to 3rd floor. So from the service standpoint, it was great. The location is also great … situated in the middle of old town. Excellent. The only issue for us was the building which has no elevators so it is quite a walk for middle age folks like us, especially with luggages. I believe that most of the buildings in the old town is like this with no elevators. For us, we will need to pick places with elevators to avoid the stairs. The room was ok but quite small.

Great location for walking around. It was loud out on the street all night so take earplugs. The hotel is up 4 flights of stairs so be ready to haul your suitcase. The owners helped lug our stuff which was very kind. There are no cars on the street so there is a bit of a walk to the hotel but not far. Got vouchers for breakfast down the street which was delicious.

Excellent location in the old town of Split. Easy to get to and near everything you need to see. Our room was very clean, modern and beautiful bathroom with spacious new shower cubicle. The hosts were very friendly and great with communication. They let us store our bags after check out and also assisted us by carrying our luggage down the stairs.

Wonderful one night stay. We will be back! thank you to the great hosts for receiving us. Note that there are stairs for some of the rooms so ask ahead if you can't navigate stairs with luggage. They do have first floor options.

Fantastic comfortable property next to the heart of everything. Hosts were brilliant, friendly and very accommodating. Our room looks out over Marmontova street, which is really gorgeous but quite noisy in the early weekend hours (I mostly slept through it). That said I would revisit a future time.

Fantastic clean rooms brilliant location. Ivana was a fab host. Didn’t mind the stairs to the apartment as it was well worth it. Only downside was we were close to the nightclub which wasn’t an issue until 4am noisy kick out.

Located riht on a beautiful street in Split's Old Town, very handy for Diocletian's Palace and the main waterfront (Riva). Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from a club opposite and the queue outside it for most of the nights I was there, so maybe avoid a city-side room if quiet is important for you.

Small but nice and modern apartment right in edge of old town, walking distance to port and all tourist areas. Comfortable and quiet, a little tricky to find at check in as not well marked signage on building and have to walk up to third floor but check in staff were wonderful and made great suggestions of things to see.

The room was awesome. View to the center of Split. They gave me an upgrade as soon I got there. Clean, beautiful room with everything you need for a great stay. Ivana was great, she gave me advise on food, and places to visit. She even gave me some chocolates from Split. I truly recommend this hotel.

The property was great and in a wonderful location, but unfortunately the bar across the road was very noisy we had to go out and get some earplugs due to the level of noise well into the night. The apartment was great though, clean and well equipped and the host was very nice and super helpful.

Overall this property is very very clean and local to everything. However, it’s located right in front of a club next to the fish market. The noise went until 5am in the morning and started at 11pm. It’s in the loudest location due to this club. Room is good for one person only, a couple may be too hard to navigate around the room. The communication is beyond expectation with the owner, very kind and accommodating. I’d rate this 7.5/10 due to the club outside the room.

The concierge was very friendly and helpful with great recommendations. The hotel was quiet and clean. Was on the third floor, meaning up four flights, that would have been good to know if we had an mobility issues, but we made it up and it was worth it. Clean, quiet, and extremely well located, close walk to the Riva and everything- restaurants, shops, etc. Perfect! We would go again!

There were no problems with the room itself. However, sleeping was difficult because of noise from street that can go to 4 am. Also, there are quite few flights to climb because there is no elevator. However, we were assisted with our luggage at check-in and check-out.

Booked out four rooms for me and my family for a wedding. The hostess and her daughter was extremely welcoming and were excellent at communicating! Rooms were also very clean. Couldn't recommend these rooms more for a long or short stay in Split. The location is a stone's throw away from the old town and so there can be a bit of noise at night but nothing that is too bothersome at all.

We were pleased with the room, however check in was difficult. I didn’t realize there was no front desk or self check in until we’re boarding our plane (which ended up delayed). Despite messaging with the hotel through hotels.com and advising them of our expected arrival and progress, when we got to the building there was no one to meet us to check us in. The door to the apartments was ajar, so I pushed it to see if we were supposed to just go inside and set off the alarm that woke up several guests. After that, someone arrived to let us into our rooms, and they provided a comprehensive overview of the room. They were great to interact with after that. There was also very loud music and yelling in the street below until well into the night. I think that was due to a special celebration though. Despite all of that, the room was nice, it was a good location - close to restaurants, the boardwalk, and the marina. We would stay again if we knew we would arrive in plenty of daylight and communicate effectively with them prior to arriving in Split.

Ivana is very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom are updated and clean. The location was deal for our stay. The building is an old, historic building with other room rentals. Our room was on the 3rd floor of a walk-up. No elevator. It was challenging to carry our luggage up and down five flights…the ceilings are tall. It was a lovely stay for us, regardless.
