Great stay. Our ensuite room is in the heart of the old city. The bathroom is small but the shower is fantastic. Instant hot water There is a small fridge plus tv , aircon, wifi plus a welcome tray with kettle,tea/ coffee. Would recommend

I stayed in Split for four nights. This is a fantastic apartment in the heart of Diocletian's palace. Despite being so close to the main squares, it was very quiet and easy to get good sleep on a comfortable bed. The unit was very basic, but very well maintained. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

It was really convenient being right in the centre of Split, and the rooms were still v quiet. The suites were modern and well maintained, even though in an old traditional building. It was very nice, not fancy but it had everything I needed. It was clean, modern, nice location, but the best was the owners. They were awesome. The airline lost my luggage and the owners picked up my luggage from the edge of the old town and brought it to my room because I was on a tour. I would go back there for sure.

Our flight was delayed, but the hosts kindly arranged our airport transfer and greeted us at the apartment despite our late check-in. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It’s in a perfect location—just a short walk to the Riva and Diocletian’s Palace. The location really couldn’t be better for exploring the city. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

It is in an excellent location/Davo was a good host and did everything he could to make our stay a good one. I would recommend him and the property. Be aware that All the showers in the area, not just Davo's have limited hot water. I would use this property again without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay! The property is located right near the palace, and is clean and comfortable. Our host picked us up from the airport and walked us right to our rooms, which was so helpful after a long travel day. I would definitely recommend this property.

Staying here was the perfect location. Right in the heart of old town. Lots of great restaurants! Mila and Davor the owners were very kind and hospitable! They gave us the best local recommendations on things to do and places to eat. No need for a travel planner! The room was nice and cool with quiet air conditioning and WiFi. This place is perfectly located in the heart of Old Town in Split. Owners are friendly and very helpful. If you're coming via plane, then we recommend using their shuttle service. They will give you helpful advice regarding the city and take you to the exact location of the hotel. Split has many small and narrow streets, and a taxi wont be able to take you straight to the hotel, so having the owner walk you to the hotel first time can be a great time saver. Will definitely stay there again.

A small balcony was a bonus, as was the tea/coffee facilities. Before leaving, Davor provided some restaurant recommendations and, having tried a couple of them, he was spot on!
