The location was excellent! Central to historic Split

The layout of the room left the bed placement feeling a bit squished. Only downfall. Otherwise, great room! The apartment like stay is at the top of the stairs, so so be mindful of the noise you are making going up and down the stairs, we had a disgruntled neighbor startle us when they told us to be quiet.

The room itself was great, clean and tidy. Plenty of room for two people with luggage. Location was perfect, walking distance about 800m to our boat for a cruise the next day

The entrance was very ordinary, the owner sent a picture which was very helpful as I would never have walked through the door otherwise, it has graffiti all over and looks dodgy. Once you open that door the main foyer is dirty & smelly, but once you get past the common shared stairwell and to our apartment with the code lock it all feels better. We arrived very late at night so was a bit scary for two females arriving to this initially. But room was great and secure

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Split. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and extremely well maintained. The location was perfect — right in the city center, close to everything we wanted to see and explore. A special thanks goes to the staff, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. They always made us feel comfortable and were constantly ready to help us with advice, recommendations, and suggestions about places to visit, restaurants, and things to do in Split. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back again!

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The entrance is extremely difficult to find, there are no signs or instructions. I had to ask the next door business who called the property manager to come get me. The building is old and seems abandoned. The entrance to the building is not well kept. The room is 2 flight of stairs, and looks straight out of a horror movie, specially if you are arriving at night which was my case. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel 100% safe based on the fact that the building has no light, and the entrance door is always open. However, once you arrive in the room, it is locked by card and it seems reasonably safe.
