Ok for one night

Host was very helpful and resolved all our issues with check in very quickly. Location in old town is a good and a bad side at the same time.

We were unlucky to get the top room (due to other guests took our key). That room is old and not listed in the property images, so when you book nice room and then get this it’s a surprise. Haha. It is squeezed in the attic, so you get amenities on a different levels: old toilet room to which you need to go downstairs a bit, with old sliding doors which don’t properly close. Shower is also just in the corner of the room, so you jump from the room to the shower.. There is a strange bunk bed at the corner of the room, above which ceiling is falling off. Towels smelled on mold… cups had cracks… And a downside of an old town: in the early night they are washing streets, in the early morning collecting trash. It’s all loud, and windows were barely shielding that noice.

It was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with modern, sophisticated furnishings. The bed and linens were exceptionally comfortable, providing the best night's sleep I’ve had in months.

Okay stay, wouldn’t return

Nice communal kitchen facility. Super comfy bed. The 4th floor apartment is quite high up so street noise was relatively reduced.

It was quite far out from the main strip. The room we stayed in was located on the top floor (4th), the staircase was extremely narrow and it was really difficult to get luggage upstairs - coming down also felt dangerous. The shower is right in the middle of the bedroom , and it’s a glass door, so if you’re travelling with friends this can be uncomfortable. Kitchen / studio sink in the room was dirty.

Good for budget trip!

location was very nice u are in downtown! Very easy to find and easy to do self check in! The shower had strong water pressure compared to other Croatian buildings, and there was plenty of hot water.

The building is old and the floors and stairs creaked, which was a bit scary. There were three rooms in total, and I stayed on the second floor. It was a twin room (not shown in the photo), and the refrigerator was installed between the beds, so it was noisy and I couldn't turn it on.

Sound isolation was bad - since it's centrally located, the street in front of the building is busy all the way into the night. No elevators in the building - was a tedious trip up to the room with heavy luggage.

Amazing location, lovely balcony

The location was perfect, right in the old town, but in a quiet street. Everything was closeby. The check-in process was smooth, the room was cozy and clean, the balcony had a nice view with two comfy chairs. The room even has a small fridge which I wasn't expecting! We visited in February so it was a bit cold inside but the room had a heater and we were able to heat up within our first day. The common area had a kitchenette with everything that you'd need for a few days, a microwave, some coffee and tea. Extra towels and toilet paper were available to grab if you need them.

Little room in the heart of Split

The location is really perfect, very central and couldn't be closer to everything. The room we had, had an amazing small balcony where you can sit and have breakfasts etc. The bed was pretty comfy. The first night we kept the windows open for some air and it was extreamly loud and you're in a middle of 2 busy restaurants. However the double windows are like magic - you can't hear anything when you close them and the AC has multiple options so you can have fresh air and not too cold. The room doesn't have much amenities but you can use the kitchen which is just downstairs and it has everything you need to prepare some food and drinks. We also met the host and she was really lovely, you can see she cares a lot about the guests and all the facilities.

The room is bit small, for two average size people it's was a bit hard to get around. The bathroom seems very new and it's clean and all but the shower is taking up space so there is really very little room for the toilet. The shower head is only facing straight when we put it in the holder so impossible not to flood the whole bathroom. Maybe I would also add a little table to put outside on the balcony because we had to use the chairs and it's not ideal.

Great location, early check in because our room was ready

- noisy at night, so no isolation, until 2 am we couldn’t really sleep because of the noise from the street and from other rooms - mattress was extremely soft, so it might be a problem for some.

Fantastic location, right where you want to be. The host was very nice over watsapp and allowed for an earlier check in. We also used their washing machine and dryer for no extra charge which was amazing.

Other reviews stated it was very quiet but this mislead me as I found it very noisy from the central location and after a night where other residents were making noise all throughout the night also I gave in and checked out early.

“Double bed” was two twin beds put together. Early check out. No one talk at the reception ( I wanted to leave my heavy bag for the day after check out ) Finally had to carry it around the city with me all the day.
