Would recommend and stay again

Location was great, check in process was simple and early check in was amazing!

The room had a lingering smell of cigarettes which was uncomfortable as I do not smoke. The top blanket was only large enough for one person and a bigger top sheet would have been ideal.

Practical stay for a night or two with private bathroom

The location is its best value. Also, the possibility to rent a room for a single traveler with private bathroom without paying for a double hotel room.

It’s not very clean. Things that are used such as bed, bathroom sink and toilet are clean but sticky dust is hanging off all the walls and other surfaces. Bathroom door could also use ld some scrubbing on the edges from black mold. Also, there is no AC in the ground level room, opening a window is not an option due to street, I can’t imagine staying there in the middle of the summer.

I liked much good place good people

It is a perfect location. Perfect service everything available to do shopping and visiting centre of the city as well as city transport bus stop. The cafes and restorants are nearby I like hospitality of hostess

Perfect for a quick one night stay

We only needed the property for an overnight stay and it was perfect for our needs, great location and a nice little room for one night.

lots of things to dislike about this property. Stunk of smoke, filthy and dusty, dead bugs everywhere, bins not emptied, very unprofessional owner, a guest was asleep In the kitchen and locked the door so we were unable to use the facilities, toilet next to cooker/hob in kitchen (about 6inches away…. so preparing and cooking food in fecal matter), owner walked into our room and my partner was undressed, owner unresponsive to our complaints nor was there any apology

Noisy

Perfect location. Responsive host.

Very noisy . I've booked the room (ground floor) for three nights and for the duration of this time I could not properly sleep. The noise was mainly coming from outside (people passing by, construction work or from other guests coming in and out). The single bed was very small and the duvet did not cover my feet ( and I am not a tall person) . The shower drain cover was missing , which made showering unsafe as it was creating a risk of injury. And it wasn't the clearness place I've been to.

Clean apartment in the center of old town Split

Very central location, right in the center of the old town and close to the ferry port. This is a no frills apartment, which we expected, so space is limited, but perfect for a quick stop over to explore the city. The facilities and bathroom were adequate. Definitely suitable for backpackers or light travelers

Very small spiral stairs up to the 2nd floor, so difficult to get luggage up and down.

Unfortunately my room window was so close to the nearby restaurant that I could hear every single word of the restaurant guests. It lasted till midnight.

Didn't clean the room.

Looks didn't clean the room and towels are not fresh. Bathroom was didn't clean too. From 9:00am the woman asked me what time check out.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Let us keep our luggage before check-in time and after check-out. Location is great. Right in the centre. Close to all tourist attractions.

Location

Drying facilities could've been better, especially when the balcony was full of the host's washing. Stairs were very steep and slippy - could've done with some warnings and grips. No kitchen facilities in bedroom and bathroom a struggle for manoeuvring.

They provided extra towels. The location is as central as it gets. The check-in was preponed to 12pm. The kitchen had everything in terms of utensils.

We had asked for an early check-in at 10pm and she agreed to 11am, but when we went there after a long travel, she said will need more time. The stairs to this place are super thin, almost felt like I will fall down every time I walked. The room was really unclean, under the bed there were used paper napkins and all sorts of horror. We were immediately out of toilet paper. The shared kitchen was sticky everywhere! For the price, things could be better.

The location was near to the centre. The air conditioner was old but it did its work well

The bed sheets still had some hairs from the previous guests/cleaning lady. The bathroom sink and shower were dirty and full of hairs, the trash can had a bunch of hair in it too. The room was noisy during night, we can hear every time that the guest of the upper room opened the water
