Property is just on the main road The room was small has a private bathroom. Has a kitchen on the top floor.has washing machine and that’s great . No lift just a spiral stair case, good if you can and don’t mind the stairs.. also has a small supermarket close buy as it’s expensive to eat here in Split Go to the Burek shop very nice and tasty Burek and good price to
The stairs very hard to take up luggage and not good for pple who have some problems with their back

Very central location, comfortable bed
The room was extremely small, quite a few things needed to be fixed in the room. There eas no coffee nor even a bottle of water available in the room

The location was great, very central and close to the bus station. It was a perfect small little place to stay for one night, so we could enjoy the city the next day. The host was wonderful, very quick to respond and answered any questions I had.
It was susceptible to natural noises from being so central, if you’re a light sleeper this might affect you. It didn’t really bother me, I just want others to be aware. I also personally couldn’t have stayed here more than one night, as it’s a very small space.

Excellent location, close to everything. Clean, responsive host.
The room was very small, and the stairs going up to the room were a very tight spiral. It was challenging getting our bags up and down.
