Very good pool and location

Korter täpselt Spliti vanalinnas, väga hea asukoht. Parkimine tänaval 0,80 eurot tund või 10min eemal parkimismajas korteri poolt 25 eurot. Hommikusöök on eemal kohvikus Feel Green, bassein on väike, 7 min jalutada korterist hotelli Agave. Basseini ääres ei ole varje, bassein on soojendusega ja liiga soe. Korter, bassein ja hommikusöök asuvad kõik eri kohtades. Majas ei ole lifti, kui on suur kohver, mida vaja tassida näiteks 4.korrusele. Sisse saad korteisse kui helistada ukse ees olles korteri kontaktile ja nad annavad ukseboksi koodi. Konditsioneer ei puhu otse voodisse. Hommikusöögi tellid kohvikust menüüst. Hommikusöök on väga nadi. Lisa kohvitassi eest tuleb eraldi maksta, ütlevad seda lahkudes. Tuba oli puhas. Kui korteri kirjelduses on kirjas, et continental breakfast ja sunbeds jne, siis korteri poolt antud kirjeldus ei vasta tegelikkusele.

Location to the centre of the old town is great, which was one of the reasons we booked it. Tea / coffee is provided along with a kettle and a fridge. A/C worked well and room was clean. They were also good when our coach was severely delayed in that they left our key in a key safe for us to retrieve after main check in desk closed.

Firstly, the room we booked turned out to be quite a way from the part of the hotel with the pool. This was our final stop on a long tour through the Balkans and we purposely booked here as it had a pool and we wanted to chill at the end of our trip. The room we got was about 8 minutes walk from the pool - not ideal if you want to come and go to the pool / room. Previous reviews mention that there is little / no shade around the pool - the hotel responded that they were looking into getting parasols - they still haven't done so. Our room was in the attic of an old building with 55 steep steps to get to it from the doorway. This also meant that headroom in parts of the room were limited and the bathroom is very tightly packed. The drain in the shower is slow to drain so I had to shower in stages to let it drain after discovering that angle of the tray is towards the door close rather than the drain and thus the bathroom floor got covered in water on the first night! Breakfast is via a voucher for a local 'health' cafe - choice is limited and you are only able to choose tea/coffee as your beverage. Should you wish a juice (either as solo drink or as an accompaniment) then this is an extra charge. We asked for a water instead of a hot drink to be told that it could only be tap water or we would need to pay for it. We overheard a guest checking being told they could add breakfast at a cost or 16E per person, per day - our advice, book without breakfast entirely and source elsewhere! We booked 3 nights, and had breakfast once - my wife had an 8E granola bowl and was told she had to pay for water - expensive! On our trip across 5 previous hotels, this one was booked as a bit of a treat to round off the 'tour' so we could sit and chill by the pool etc. It was by far the least liked hotel we booked and the furthest from value.
