Agava Lux Rooms&Pool

Korter täpselt Spliti vanalinnas, väga hea asukoht. Parkimine tänaval 0,80 eurot tund või 10min eemal parkimismajas korteri poolt 25 eurot. Hommikusöök on eemal kohvikus Feel Green, bassein on väike, 7 min jalutada korterist hotelli Agave. Basseini ääres ei ole varje, bassein on soojendusega ja liiga soe. Korter, bassein ja hommikusöök asuvad kõik eri kohtades. Majas ei ole lifti, kui on suur kohver, mida vaja tassida näiteks 4.korrusele. Sisse saad korteisse kui helistada ukse ees olles korteri kontaktile ja nad annavad ukseboksi koodi. Konditsioneer ei puhu otse voodisse. Hommikusöögi tellid kohvikust menüüst. Hommikusöök on väga nadi. Lisa kohvitassi eest tuleb eraldi maksta, ütlevad seda lahkudes. Tuba oli puhas. Kui korteri kirjelduses on kirjas, et continental breakfast ja sunbeds jne, siis korteri poolt antud kirjeldus ei vasta tegelikkusele.

Nice hotel with nearby access to pool and breakfast cafe, room pleasant and helpful staff..

Room on top floor , 4 flights of stairs, no lift as old building . Not a problem for us but could be for some..

It's extremely small room in old house It's on 3rd floor without lift It's very noisy street without sound isolation The presentation is lying. Focusing everything on the pool (photo and title) while there is no pool, you've to walk to an other hotel for the pool and it's super small. It's scamming marketing. Also breakfast is in a 3rd different place

Pros - good central location close to the port and many restaurant and shopping options - the pool area is very well maintained- clean with plenty of fresh towels and space to relax - staff were very kind and helpful when we had a noise problem - air conditioning in rooms meant our stay was comfortable

Cons - they actually have two locations which isn’t clearly stated here on booking, so there’s the location with the pool, which you have to go up a few steps from street level to find, which has a couple of rooms. And then there’s another location on krizeva ulica which is where I stayed. Our room was at the top of SIX flights of narrow stairs with no lift access which was very difficult to manoeuvre several times a day. However I will mention that there was a member of staff who helped to carry our luggage up and down these steps for us, which we appreciated. - only one key for the room despite being in a double room. It’s also the same key for the front door, so if one person was staying behind and another was going, it’s a bit of a gamble to see if another guest has locked the downstairs door meaning you’d have to go all the way back up to get the key to unlock it and let yourself out. This also comes across as a bit of a fire hazard to me - no soundproofing, so every noise from the street and the people in the room next door was heard throughout our entire stay - rooms are quite small with not even enough space to open out a suitcase on the floor - rooms need a deep clean - no view from windows - no ventilation in bathroom - tissue cannot be flushed down toilets but there’s no bidet
