Great location (the very center of Split - close to the sights, marina, restaurants), silence (good quiet windows), good air conditioning. Dog friendly house and owners. Room clean, tidy - everything as in the pictures. The owners are very kind and helpful - if you have any wishes (like extra bedding) everything can be arranged.

Beautiful studio under the roof, super clean and cozy, nicely renovated, with enough light and ventilation. Perfect location, close to the old town and promenade as well as to the green area on the hill, in October it was a quiet neighborhood. I loved the relaxing area right under the roof to which you could climb from the bedroom using the wooden ladder - it was perfect for having tea and stargazing at night.
Seamless communication with the owners.
This is just a minor point: There was too much kitchy decoration around the bedroom, but I am aware this is a matter of taste😊
