Perfect for one nigh stay

Great value for money if you want a basic room with parking.

If you are travelling and need parking this is a great location. Plenty of parking, close to supermarkets and a coffee shop. It’s only a 20 min walk into town. I accidentally booked the wrong room. I wanted a room with seating and a balcony. If you just need a bed and bathroom this room type is good value for money. We didn’t end up hiring a car, Ana offers an airport transfer which was handy (cash only). Room was clean and quiet. Shower was hot and had good pressure.

Great location and clean room

There is a big parking space but at the same time many cars around, so reservation is not possible, there is a chance anyway to find a spot if not right next to the door but in 1-2 min walking distance anyway. Room was clean, neat and modern - was perfect for our 1 night stay. I would prefer staying here, parking the car and just walk to city center 15 min, perfect combination without a stress :) Communication was also smooth, we could check in earlier (even though we didn't need it). There is no kitchen in the room as such, just like a hotel room rather than apartment.

I felt very bad and uncomfortable in this place, which made my vacations worse

Bad was comfortable. It was relatively calm. AC worked.

It was a very disappointing experience for me. The overall atmosphere is sad and pretty depressing. The building is old and located in a residential area that's not very pleasant. This is not a hotel; it’s just a two-story building with rooms where you collect a key at the entrance. There are no services at all. I think the only reason the Yellow House feels justified in charging more is because of the king-size bed, which gives it a hotel-like feature. People often mention that it's close to the old town, but in reality, it's not that close. If you're heading to the beaches, expect a 40+ minute trip. Everything feels outdated. I had an extremely small room and bathroom, with no space to store my belongings. I regret staying here. I trusted the positive reviews and thought that for the price of €90 a night, it would be much nicer. I recommend renting a studio apartment for the same price, where you'll have more space. I won’t stay here again and will be more cautious with my choices in the future. P.S. There's no common terrace, and I found ants in my room and bed.

Personal amable. Bona ubicació a 15’ a peu del centre.

No dona una sensació de net, les parets estan molt brutes, inclòs el sostre. No hi ha endolls al bany. No repetiria. L’habitació no era com a les fotos, tenia el terra de rajola, era més vella la nostra. No hi ha res més que sabó amb aigua.

Perfekte Lage, in 15 min zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Sehr einfacher und unkomplizierter Self Check In. Fernseher hat Netflix im Zimmer.

Redelijk verblijf.

Super makkelijk kunnen inchecken en nette badkamer. De locatie was super, binnen 15 minuten in het centrum.

Naast de badkamer was de kamer zelf erg matig. Hele andere kamer dan geboekt hadden op de foto's. Tv had een paarse kleur en geen normaal beeld. Bedden erg uitgezakt en te zacht. Geen ruimte om iets op te hangen, zoals je handdoeken of kleding. Ook was het niet heel hygiënisch, hele mieren kolonies waren verspreid door de kamer. Overal gaten en kieren. Hierdoor zaten al onze spullen en tassen onder. Ook het bed! We zijn naar huis gegaan met een bende aan mieren en een hoop werk om ze te verwijderen. De prijs voor de accommodatie vind ik dan ook wel aan de hoge kant voor wat we gekregen hebben.

Zimmer gut, Lage gut. Kommunikation (Codes für Eingangstür+Zimmersafecode) bitte verbessern.

Sauber, ordentlich, genug Platz im Zimmer, ausreichend Stellplätze. Split Innenstadt gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir konnten früher einchecken. Alles ok für uns. Supermärkte direkt im Umfeld etc.

In der booking-App gab es nur die Info, dass wir bei Bedarf anrufen sollten. Die Vermieter hatten aber Video zu Zufahrt (Gegenüber der Lidl-Zufahrt den „Parkplatz“ runter und dann rechts)und Eingangstür-Code über WhatsApp gesendet, was wir erst später gesehen haben. Hier sollte der Vermieter doch einfach in booking die Info mitgeben, dass über WhatsApp kommuniziert wird. Das Zimmer und den Safecode gab es erst,nachdem die Putzfrau (war gerade noch da), angerufen hat. Als wir vom Supermarkt zurückkamen versuchte gerade eine französische Famile reinzukommen. Die hatten die Infos erstmal gar nicht bekommen und hatten keinen Plan. In WhatsApp bekamen die auch erst die Infos, nachdem wir über WhatsApp gemeinsam beim Vermieter angerufen hatten. Wäre schön, wenn der Vermieter die Kommunikation hier noch verbessert. Ansonsten hatten wir keine Kritikpunkte

Flexibel und perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wir konnten problemlos früher einchecken und etwas später auschecken. Auch das Auto konnten wir länger stehen lassen und auf unser Gepäck wurde aufgepasst.

Mit zwei grösseren Koffern ist das Zimmer eher klein. Da wir aber nur für eine Nacht da geblieben sind und hauptsächlich auf den Parkplatz angewiesen waren, war es für uns ausreichend.

Check in lief ganz einfach und unproblematisch, man kriegt über WA genaue Informationen was sehr hilfreich ist, da die Adresse ziemlich versteckt ist. Parking Möglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Altstadt ca. 15 Gehminuten von dem Haus entfernt.

Die Matratze war für unseren Geschmack zu weich, ansonsten alles Top!
