Guesthouse Kala recommended!

Everything! The apartment is located right next to the historical center of Split and there are nice cafeterias along the street that takes you to the center that serve amazing breakfast. The room was very clean and our host Frano assisted us with all our needs! He's definitely gone out of his way to assist us in a couple of instances and he's been very kind. Definitely recommended.

Can highly recommend staying at Guesthouse Kala! Would 100% recommend it :)

Beautiful and clean room with lots of provided goods such as coffee, tea and even fresh fruit from the garden. We've had an own little fridge. The light in the bathroom was great. We got welcomed by the owner itself and it was the perfect balance between privacy and care. The apartment is very central but still in a calm area.

Maybe an extra bin for the main room but apart from that everything was perfect!

Amazing apartment! The location is perfect: a three minute-walk to the harbor, yet tuck away in a quiet old village area. The bedroom and the bathroom very nice. Another plus: Owner will help you with useful tips via Whatsapp whenever you have questions. Small Italian breakfast place right there. Car needs to be parked a few blocks away, as streets surrounding the apartment are tiny (more suited for a Vespa). Netflix and WLAN available. A/C in room and fridge in lobby. Once you parked your car, easy to take Uber for short trips (eg, to beach).

Overall, we enjoy our stay.

Modern amenities; comfort; good view. Parking is tough in the whole areas. Luckily, there are some street parkings (free & safe) about 5-10 min walking distance away.

Though not far from town (5 min walking), it’s a bit out on the far end of town on a stiff hill.

great location and great price! great communication with host. a real gem! would definitely recommend.

couldn’t get large shower head to work and other shower head kept sliding down and wouldn’t fix! not a major issue. New batteries needed for remote control.

Comfortable for 2 nights

Short walk to town, very clear instructions from the host of how to get to the apartment. Comfortable and beautiful room with all the stone walls. Nice size shower.

Very noisy, whenever anyone entered the building it would be very loud, especially since one of the neighbors had a dog who would be barking for long periods whenever someone entered. The bathroom also often smelled strongly of sewer.

Cozy Room with fancy Bathroom, good attention to details and to the guest needs. The staff is on Point.

Only one small thing, the curtains do not cover totally from the sun in the morning. One suggestion, they coild put a bottle of water in the fridge for the guest arrival
