Friendly and well located

Very good location to explore Split. Quiet house and neighborhood. Well renovated, modern decor, well equipped & very clean. Easy self-access by door code.

Only one of the two TV remotes (satellite receiver & TVset) contained batteries. The house's staircase lamps were not working and also 2 or 3 of the indoor lights.

Central Location and free car parking on the street close to the accomodation

The internet was not working properly. Very bad connection. Internet not usable. The bathroom including the toilet is very small and the TV is not a SmartTV, so no Netflix, Youtube or so ever. You can hear the neighbours and the door to the building all the time, since they pass through the main corridor, which is excatly next to the entry door of the room. Only one small trash bucket in the bathroom.

very uncomfortable

not much it was nothing special.

the bed was broken and I couldn’t sleep properly in it. I woke up constantly at night as I was sleeping sideways and the host didn’t do anything about it after we checked out. the shower also spills water easily so the whole bathroom gets wet and is very dark. not recommended or comfortable.

The apartment was in the center, so you could reach everything by walking. Also the hosts were really nice and helpful and you could reach them immediately. All together we had a really nice time in pula.

The location was perfect it’s very close to the old town. The room can sleep 4 and has air conditioning. If you need help or assistance it’s a simple WhatsApp message away.

Clean and close to the center

Dark and small, certainly not for 4 persons. Groundfloor with windows on the narrow pedestrian street. When I arrived I needed help of the neighbours to get hold of the owner, eventhough I precisely announced the time of my arrival well in advance.

Cold/old smoke in the room.

The location was great, nearby parking spots and nice street to the town.

Unfortunately the room smelled after cold/ old smoke and that very badly. Every time we came back to the apartment we had to open the windows for a while but even that did not help. Especially the bathroom smelled really bad after smoke and even our clothes and towels smelled after smoke then. Beside this there was a braces in our sink what was really disgusting too. The price is fair, location great but we wouldn’t come back again cause for holidays you don’t want a room smelling after smoke all the time.

I had the best weeks sleep in this property, such a quiet location with a comfortable bed! The location was great as nearby the Riva, which was great for going for food/drinks in the evening. We would definitely stay here again, such a lovely clean apartment, plenty of room and friendly host!

Best apartment in Split

The apartment has everything you could potentially need: coffee machine, toaster, microwave, fridge, whaling machine, iron board, air conditioners on both floors, beach and bath towels, boiler to have hot water all the time. The location is perfect, in very quiet area, 5min walk from the main square of old town. Easy to get Uber to beaches like Kasjuni. Everything was very clean. Easy to stay in touch with property. We enjoyed our stay in Split and in Villa Daly a lot. Definitely recommend to stay there.

Amazing place

Firstly, the host was amazing and let me checkin two hours early...the place is very well located to everything in split and just a few moments to the main square. The place is very quiet on a beautiful back street with awesome city and sea views from the bedroom. The place is very modern and clean and has had alot of thought in the decor. Everything you can imagine is the property, free condiments, coffee, soap powder to do laundry etc! I opened the window and the wind on a stormy day blow the window open and break a small plant vase i message the host how much can i leave to replace and she was very polite to say nothing accidents happen! I am a solo traveller and highly recommend this property for any solo or couples the price you pay here is very much more cheaper than a hotel and you clearly get alot more for your money than just a hotel room!

Wunderbare Unterkunft in wenigen Gehminuten direkt in der Stadt absolut Spitzenklasse. Es hat alles was es braucht. Auch die Distanz zu Marjan Park war optimal.

Parkplatz ist wirklich ein Problem. Die Gassen sind so schmal das kam ein Auto durchkommt um liegend an den Strassen zu parkieren ist eine Möglichkeit aber sicher nicht optimal. Da kann aber die Unterkunft nichts dafür.

Hermoso lugar

Todo perfecto aire acondicionado, wifi y decoración excelentes. Desde el puerto no está tan lejos pero si las calles son empinadas. Tiene una mini heladera y una pava eléctrica y algunos utensilios.

Nada tal vez le faltaría un microondas y sería un 10

A room on a hill without a view

Välstädat och en plats för att sova samt förvara sina saker. Ligger ganska nära centrum. Mörkt rum, då fönstrena inte släpper in något ljus. Bra AC.

Läget är okej, men det är en lång och relativt brant väg upp till rummet som blir tröttsam att gå efter ett tag. Läget är 5min från centrum, men det finns många andra ställen i staden som också ligger väldigt nära centrum. Det som främst drar ner betyget är utsikten. Baserat på bilderna ser det ut som att det ska vara ljust och fint och som att man ska kunna se lite av staden till och med. Det stämde inte alls. Rummet låg i markplan och det gick en smal trång väg precis bredvid fönstrena med mycket traffik, vilket resulterade i att fönstrena fick förbli stängda hela tiden. Samt var det galler vid fönstrena så jag är osäker på om det ens var möjligt att öppna dem. Därmed fick man ingen känsla av att man ens var i Split. Det kändes helt enkelt som ett mörkt rum utan utsikt.
