Perfect for a short stay in Split!

Location was very clean and a quick 15 minute walk from the bus station by the ferry port. It had everything we needed for a short stay in Split. The accomodation was a small building in the yard, so there weren’t any noise from next door neighbors or people upstairs. The owner was also very responsive to all my messages, often within a few minutes, which I greatly appreciated.

Close to everything

The location of the room is great close to old town, the bus/train depot and the port. There are many restaurants close by and supermarkets are a short walk. The wifi was OK for working, sometimes was patchy but overall was fine. The room is very small, though fine for a couple of nights. There is a little section of the courtyard set up specifically for this room which was nice to sit in, and gives you the extra space to spill out into. The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of hot water.

The room would have been too small for me to share with another, was glad I was solo. I had booked this room for myself for 2 nights and another apartment directly after for me and a family member to stay in. The owner very nicely offered that I could move in straight away if no-one was in the 2nd room the night before. As there wasn't I did not checked my app or packed properly. Just after 10 am they knocked on my door, asking why I hadn't moved out, they had sent me a message advising I couldn't move into the room as planned. After a short conversation, they advised I could move into the other place at 12pm, I had to work so sat out in the courtyard. The owners did not come to clean up the room until 11am, so I am not sure what the initial hurry was. Apart from this though it was a great stay

Nice Stay

The place was lovely and rooms very cute. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the courtyard relaxing. Hot water was good and wifi fine for working. The rooms are close to the old town, the bus/train depot and the port. There are many restaurants close by and supermarkets are a short walk. It was a great place to stay in Split

On our last day we asked if we could have a late check out, they would not budge from the 10 am checkout. Given that they didn't clean up my first room until 11am, we were surprised. During our European holiday most places we stayed were so accomodating, that we were taken back by the owners reaction, especially given we were in Croatia at the end of tourist season.

Amazing!

We stayed here for three nights. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We arrived at noon and we could already check-in. The owners were very friendly. It's the best location you can find for this price! It's a 5 min walk to the old center of Split.

Our reservation was just for one night. The owner was very quick to reply and it was well located.

It was a bit hard to find, specially if you don’t have internet access and is late at night. The apartment was very good, but the room downstairs was very small.

Great stopover in Split!

Neat and tidy. Not hard to find with Google maps using the street address. Great location for the old town. Room quite small if a longer stay, but perfect for a stopover. Super clean with everything you want - even an iron - I went out smarter than usual for the evening. Good security. Recommended.

It is the opposite side of the palace from the bus and train stations and ferry port, so about 15/20 minutes walk with luggage. No big deal, but a bit of a schlep in full summer heat.

Varos is in a beautiful area of Split with plenty of restaurants and bars serving all types of food.

Location was excellent having stayed not far from here before. Just far enough away from the front and quiet. Loved the outdoor space which we used frequently day and night. Beautiful apartment with everything you need for self catering although we only had breakfast in the apartment. Lovely clean and modern apartment with dishwasher and washing machine with spacious bedrooms. To get to the apartment you have to go through a gate which is locked and adds to the security of the place. The host was friendly and even his wife who baked us one of her favourite pastries which was scrumptious. Nothing negative about this place and look forward to returning again you will not be disappointed with anything.

Cute little place in the old town

A cute little place in the old town but set back far enough that it's quiet. It's a bit small for 2 people but good if you're out all day. Good use of the space though with a little table and fridge + kettle. Very lovely decorated. It's located in the back of a bigger house so you can sit outside too but still be within the property. Very friendly owners. Restaurants 2 min away. Best way to get there is go up the road behind the behind the church, take Senjska ul. to the left, then Penica ul. to the right and Barica ul. where the house is is 1st on the left again. There is an old one wheel bike on the wall. You can't beat the location.

Lovely apartment in a great location. All the facilities you could need and a lovely private garden to sit and enjoy lunch or a glass of wine. The hosts are great, really helpful. This is my second stay at apartment Nona Stella, and hopefully it won't be my last.

Amazing accomodation

The location was perfect, in the center of the action, next to the restaurants and cafes but still super quiet. The appartment also is big, super clean and well equipped with everything (dishwasher, washing machine),so I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a longer stay. There is also a nice terras, where you can drink your coffee or take your breakfast. Our host Bruna was also amazing, replying to our messages immediately and very helpful. I would definitely book it again on my next stay to Split.

Perfect location in the lovely neighborhood of Varos. Super clean, comfortable bed, A/C, wardrobe to leave our backpacks, hair drier and even shampoo available. The host was also very kind. Would definitely recommend!

Great flat, great location, great hosts.

Perfect location in the Old Town as it is only 2 minutes to the Old Town bars, restaurants and shops. We stayed in the garden room and decor and bathroom facilities are almost brand new and still in pristine condition. The room is relatively compact but very suitable for couples or solo travellers. Wifi was quick and had a consistent signal in room and also outside at the patio area which is very peaceful and relaxing. The owners were very welcoming, informative and helpful. We also used their service to travel to/from Split airport. Prices are reasonable and they have a high quality car. Highly recommended.

Fantastic apartment, very clean and very good area of the city.

Wonderful location, in pedestrian area. You are on the boulevard within 5 minutes, but the area of the house is tranquille. We wend to the beach as well. Take an Uber, it will bring you there in 10 minutes for approx KN35

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man benötigt, inklusive einem schönen Platz zum draußen sitzen. Die Lage ist ideal bei Anreise ohne Auto. Man ist in wenigen Minuten mitten drin und nachts ist es sehr ruhig.

Posizione perfetta, lontano dal caos , a due passi dal centro. Camera piccolina ma pulita.

Consiglierei una maggiore attenzione per il caffè/tè nelle camere. La macchinetta per il caffè era disponibile ma con il caffè lasciato aperto dagli ospiti precenti.

Una notte tra i vicoli di Spalato

Posizione ottimale a due passi dal centro storico e a ridosso di una delle più carine stradine di Spalato ricca di localetti e ristorantini. Camera un po’ piccola ma pulita e con tutti i servizi essenziali. Carino anche il cortile esterno condiviso con altri appartamenti. Proprietario simpatico e sempre disponibile anche nella chat, ha soddisfatto la richiesta del check out tardivo e ci ha consentito di lasciare i bagagli a casa sua dopo il check out.

La stanza è più piccola di quello che sembra in foto, con bagagli di grandi dimensioni potrebbe risultare scomoda. Perfetta invece per una notte. Non vi si accede in auto né con i mezzi perché è nella zona pedonale, ma comunque raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi
