The stay at LaMenta exactly matched the listing. The host was awesome and very communicative and helpful. You won't beat the location and the AC etc works just great. The Breakfast varied on the day a little bit depending on whom the server was. For example their were different fruits or a different dessert added each day. The quality of the food was ok but you certainly won't beat the location or ease!
I didn't find anything we didn't like based upon the listing. It matched accurately so just keep that in mind.

The location is awesome, very close to main sites, although a bit far from the beach surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. Complementary breakfast was great, something to look for in the mornings. Airport transfer was also very helpful at arrival. Host is quite tending and helpful.
Room is a bit small but more than enough for solo traveller for a couple days.

The accommodation is centrally located, within walking distance to the bus terminal and easy access to bars, restaurants and shops.
The bed is very comfortable, the shower is powerful and the AC is great. It’s also nice to be able to open windows and step onto the balcony for fresh air.
The breakfast at the nearby restaurant was lovely.

It is very dark, so doing makeup is a challenge. The bathroom is especially dark, so I found shaving to be difficult too. Perhaps a stronger lightbulb in there?
It is noisy at times, you can very easily hear your neighbours when they’re leaving and coming into their apartment.

Breakfast was enough , it wasn’t an open bufe but it was good . Location of the apartment was perfect. Idea of a sunroof was also really nice even though it could be a bit bigger :) The building is made of stone just like other buildings in Split so it keeps the apartment cool and AC also helps a lot.
It took a lot of time for the water to warm up in the shower. Sometimes something leaks from the roof when it rains and lastly the sheets weren’t clean unfortunately
