Very relaxing and comfortable!

the property is in a perfect location. The flat is small but very clean and comfortable. Our host Marica and her daughter were lovely and very helpful.

The window didn’t have a blind, so the sunlight woke us up very early! Also, the shower didn’t have a stand.

Location was very central and we were allowed to check in earlier which was great

Bathroom has mould including a plastic shower curtain that keeps sticking to you as you shower. The towels and bath mats provided were very old and discoloured and the bedroom linen didn’t seem laundered. The bed was also quite uncomfortable. These things should be improved based on the rates they charge.

Best location in Split!!

Could not have asked for a better location. Few minute walk to old town, the Riva waterfront or Maja Forest. Absolutely brilliant. Peaceful, clean, secure and safe! Absolutely loved it!

Lovely apartment, great location

Lovely apartment and great location! Comfortable and clean, we really enjoyed our stay and our host, Marica, was very nice and helpful. Walking distance to the harbour, old town, restos, etc. The kitchen could use a few more items for cooking meals at home, but when we asked, our host was super responsive to our needs.

Well located, humble spot with really caring hosts. Needs wifi fixed and could use renovation

The best thing about the place is the host. She really went above and beyond to take care of me. For the place itself, I appreciate that the A/C works well, and the shower has hot water and good pressure.

The wifi was not working for the entirety of my stay, but I was able to use my phone as a hotspot, so it was ok. The place is... humble. There are a bunch of things that are broken / old, for example the mount where you put the handle held shower head was loose, and the shower head fell out and sprayed all over the place like a cartoon fire hose. My friend booked another place a couple of blocks down towards the water, and his place had a nice entrance like a proper hotel with a doorman, a giant king sized bed, modern decor, a balcony, couches, and a jacuzzi in the bedroom - for about the same price. This place felt more like a backpacker hostel. Also the walls are quite thin, so you can hear other people in the building. Lastly, I had mosquitos in the room that bit me at night.

The location was very central and the host was very accomodating with early check in and late check out.

Very thin walls which means you can hear people staying next door very clearly, which prevents sleep. Wifi is really poor, doesn’t work at all. Room wasn’t as clean as could be.

Perfect

We liked the most the cleaning and the spacious big room that had nice terrace and window with good views. The owners were so kind and really good hosts, they make you feeling like at home. A really good and sweet apartment if you want to visit Split.

We were group of 10 people stayed in the property. Best part of property is its location. All major attractions, restaurants are in walking distances. Owner Marica is very helpful and friendly. Comfortable rooms with kitchen and sufficient utensils.

Very good communication with the owner. Very helpful on our arrival organising a cab to pick us up from the airport, even if it was after midnight since our flight got delayed. Gave us very good tips about the area. The place is cute, with everything you need for a short stay. Safe area.

It's located only a few minutes walk from the old town, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Room was quite dark as there was only one small window. Although iit states it has a private bathroom, it isn't directly connected to the room (only next door), so we weren't sure if it was totally private.

I loved this place, definitely I would love to go back.

The place, although it is a bit stuck and mostly, you access on foot. It is super quiet and a good spot that is close to everything. We love the attention of Ivana and her daughter, always willing to help and give their best. A super good attention, I highly recommend this place, they even have very good tours and travel recommendations.

Good location, close to the center ( 2 minutes walking), supermarkets, restaurants close. The owner was very friendly, comfortable and clean room, good shower, and 2 beers on the fridge (maybe forgotten by someone).

Bad smell (sewage) outside coming from the other apartment's bathroom.

The location of the house was good.

Photos which are uploaded from house didn't belong to the house we rented. It was smaller, gloomy and not clean. I think it is cheating. the bathroom was small and not clean there was no proper shower. we had to take a shower standing in a tub and every where would get wet. The house was rented to 4 persons but there was shortage of hot water and after three person showering, the forth person took shower in a cold water. also there were cockroaches and lizards in the house.

Marica was really nice and helpful. My bags were delayed on my first day and she lent me some money to buy cheap clothes and a tooth brush and tooth paste. The apartment is right beside the old town.

Felt welcomed by Ivona. The apartment had an extra bed in the front room. Would be good for a family. it was authentic. I liked the little space by the garden.

The host was exceptionally helpful and she provided with everything that I have asked for Very clean and she provided me with all information I needed Apartment was easy to access and close to city centre which was great .. Host has provided all regulations due to COVID-19 and gave me great reassurance regarding that matter. I would definitely visit again

Excellent location, spacious apartment perfect for a stay in Split!

Myself and 3 friends stayed in this apartment for two nights, and it was perfect for our visit to Split. The location was excellent, the apartment space was as described and met our needs perfectly. The staff were also amazing and stayed up to ensure that our check in was efficient and easy having been delayed earlier in the day!

We had no issues with the apartment during our stay.
