Incredible piece of paradize in the heart of Split.

Apartment is amazing: location is great, rooms are very nice, the host is very friendly. It seems like lots of heart has veen put to make this place trully exclussive. Would highly recommend it for everyone willing to get great experience visiting Split.

Beautiful room, wonderful host & ideal location!

Lovely and clean room, Kristina is a very kind, responsive and helpful host, the courtyard area is a very calm and chill environment. Amazing location too, so easy to get everywhere I wanted!

My room was next to the footpath so it was a bit noisy with people going up to Marian, I could also hear my neighbour room quite clearly but wasn’t a big deal for me as I have ear plugs.

Perfect in every way

Property was so cute and had a lovely finish to everything from decor to taps! Could not fault location it was right where we needed to be for a short stay with everything on doorstep. Wish we had loved to enjoy the lovely garden! Bed was comfy, shower was hot. Katrina is so welcoming and lovely. Highly recommend. If there’s space on our next visit we will definitely be back!

An exceptional stay with an incredible host!

Our recent stay at rooms Tomic was exceptional. I barely leave a lengthy review but this time, I must do it for Katrina because she was a splendid host! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the incredibly hospitable host, Katrina, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our stay. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated (although a bit small but that seems like a Croatia thing). The room was equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need and Katrina also offered to provide any other extra toiletries, blankets etc if required. One of the highlights of our stay was Katrina's brilliant suggestions for exploring some of the beaches. We were able to discover hidden gems and experience some islands in a way that we would have never been able to on our own. The property's location was also ideal, offering a peaceful and serene environment while still being conveniently close to the old town. But beyond the lovely accommodation and stunning location, it was Katrina's warm and caring demeanor that truly set this stay apart. Thank you,Katrina for creating such a memorable experience. We can't wait to return here! Highly recommended!

Kristina is amazing. The apartment is neat and if you need anything, she’s always eager to help.

Everything was sparkling clean. I really appreciate that. Kristina was amazing and everything was neat.

Maybe they’re should be better house rules enforcement or an age restriction since the rooms are super close to one another. The guests staying on the other room were in a party age and their behavior was not appropriate.

Everything was perfect!! Kristina is a lovely host, she gave us good tips upon our arrival and she even brought some snacks for the kids to welcome us :) The apartment is spotlessly clean, everything smells great and it is the most fully equipped apartment we have stayed in - it literally has everything you need for the most comfortable stay,nothing is missing!! You really feel like home in there, it's so cozy. The apartment's location is also great, right in the center, but in a quiet neighbourhood with supermarkets and restaurants around. Highly recommended!

There was mold on the walls and the humidity was high so had to leave windows open and since the room was on the 2nd floor and the windows to the streets, it was super noisy. Could hear everything through the walls so there was no privacy between neighbours either. Bathroom door was swollen so couldn't close it. Bring your own pillow.

So close to all the sights, and great kind friendly host

Kristina is a fantastic and very accomodating host, she was constantly in great communication before and during our stay and let us keep our luggage with her whilst we awaited the ferry. The apartment is in a perfect location, so close to the old town, palace, restaurants and 20 mins walk to the beach.

Local feel, great location and value for money

Very friendly host, great location and great value for money. Perfect for couples on a short trip as it is peaceful, comfortable and close to all the major sites as well as nice restaurants.

The rooms are quite small but this is not a problem as you are out in the city most of the time and the price is too good to care.
