Very comfortable apartment, located close to the historic center and the natural park. It works great for short stays. Just keep in mind that you have to climb stairs and the building is on a slope; it can be a bit tough with heavy luggage, but the quality of the place makes it well worth it.

Good living quarters. Convenient for access to town.

location was good, right up the hill from Old Town. Quiet area right off the road. Good living area for 1-2 people that just need a bed and bathroom to stop in and out while walking around town and going to beach.

Internet was a little weak after 11pm. But not a big issue at all since this trip didnt require much internet usage.

Sadly it’s a no, even for a 1 night stay!

- the only good thing about the apartment is the location as it’s 5 min walk from everything but so are many other places - check in and out is basically contactless so very easy and straightforward

- sadly this was the worst stay I’ve had in probably the last few years - biggest issue was the smell of smoking in the room which you had in your nose constantly so I couldn’t really sleep and was happy when morning finally came and I could shower and leave (it’s also weird as smoking is not allowed so how come it’s so intense? either way it should be fixed by the owners as this is simply unacceptable) - apartment is on ground floor with both windows facing the road with people constantly walking by so no way to open the window as someone can simply reach into the apartment and grab your stuff, didn’t really feel safe and wouldn’t recommend for solo female travelers - some of the towels had holes in them (I mean come on is it so hard to go to IKEA and get a bunch of new ones?) - the apartment had a kitchenette but nothing basic was provided like coffee, tea, oil, salt pepper - wanted to make coffee in the morning and as there is no kettle I wanted to use a pot but it was all oily and greasy probably from the previous people (this was the last straw and I packed up and left even before the early check out time as i would rather carry my stuff around town than stay there) - also no possibility to leave the luggage after you leave so you need to get storage

Cute centrally located place

Location was very central and apartment was ideal for us. Just a small heads up. Allow time to look for a parking. It took us 15 minutes. This is to be expected given the apartment's location in the centre. Stayed one night and it was great

Passable but not a great option in Split

The location is great- walking distance from the old town and basically on the continuation of the main street. Medieval neighbourhood feel.

This place is TINY - Japanese hotel level. Kitchen is not really useful - no space at all. Also every other apt we rented in Croatia provided some basics ( salt, pepper, oil, coffee) making it possible to cook; this one was bare. We stayed for two nights and internet went out at 10 pm both nights only to come back in the morning. Sliding toilet door sticks - trapping the person inside. The host was not too responsive (took a while to respond; never saw them live). Overall not a great experience. If we are back in Split will definitely look for better alternatives.

Overall a good place to stay in Split

The location of the apartment was very nice. Quiet, yet very close to the centre. About 5min walk. Communication with the host was very smooth and swift. Easy check-in and check-out procedures.

The wifi was not very strong and kept disconnecting. Also, cleanliness could be improved a bit. We were given towels with stains on it. But overall, our stay was nice.

No breakfast was offered. Good location within easy walking distance of the old city of Split.

There was a skylight in the ceiling that had no shades. As a result, sun pored into the room during the day, forcing the aircon to work harder, and lighting up the room as the sun rose.

Nice but could be better.

Located In the city old centre.

Poor wifi, it cannot keep a good signal and disconnects. Some attention to the boiler, as it has two switches..one on the wall with the lights..so if at bight you switch it off, good bye hot water in the morning. It is my forst time I see this kind of arrangement, usually you have the panel of the boiler for that, anyway I wish the landowner would have told me that from the beginning.

Perfect for my needs for one night.

The studio included everything needed. Nice kitchen, comfy bed. The only issue was that I had no hot water in the morning, which I texted but didn't receive an answer. Perhaps it was my fault, as I didn't realize the water heater required the on switch. Anyway, for the price, this studio is definitely worth it.

Maybe instructions as to if the water heater needed to be left on. I have the same type in my Zadar apartment, but it does not require the on switch.

Budget friendly which was reflected in the facilities.

The room was light but smelled of smoke when the window wasn’t opened. The roof window had no blinds so the sun was shining straight onto the bed in the morning, which would be problematic for light sleepers. The kettle didn’t work whilst the stove was a bit difficult to navigate due to the missing signs (heat level and which hob) but thankfully it worked. The interior is a bit dated and so is the bathroom where only one of the two shower heads worked.

Apartment is located near city center, five minutes on foot. It is very clean, and it has everything you need for the stay. The communication with the owners was easy and they were very nice. I would recommend this apartment to everyone!

Nice area

Got a different room than in the picture when I was booking it. Since it was cash only, the owner was coming to collect the payment herself. She asked to come in early in the morning as she wntes to collect the payment as early as possible, that was annoying as I really dont want to wake up at 9 am during my holidays just to for that. Shower was leaking, bar stool broken and most of the furniture was worn down. Entrance to the room is just off the main street so it it was a lto of noise in the room. The room needs some freshening up for sure.
